20-30 minutes to most of the attractions that San Diego has to offer, such as Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo etc.

We had the best vacation. It was our 1st time in IB - we have previously gone to other places in San Diego. We enjoyed the small town vibe of IB much more. Less crowded - beautiful sandy beach - great break -- surfers there every day. This condo has been nicely renovated. It's comfortable - lovely furnishings. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. You can walk to the Marriott beach front hotel for a nice dinner out. If you need creamer or milk, last minute -there is a shop that is only 3 blocks away. Our daughter was surfing in November! Plenty of parking on the street, plus 2 spots in a secure garage under the building. Condo is on the 1st floor-- only 20 feet to the sand. GO TO THE BEACH! You will love your visit to this ocean front retreat!
