More than 30 days before arrival:
Full refund less $50.00 administration fee
 
Less than 30 days before arrival:
The balance is due.  If Suite is  re-rented for same the time period the deposit and balance will be refunded less $50.00 administration fee.  We recommend guests go through their travel insurance for refund of accommodation for short notice cancellations.
