THIS IS A CUSTOM BUILT HOUSE IN A PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT ON THE BEACH ( GULF ) OFF FT. PICKENS RD. THE WEST END OF THE ISLAND. WE ARE ONE MILE WEST OF THE CORE AREA OF THE ISLAND FOR ALL ATTRACTIONS AND RESTAURANTS. THIS PROPERTY IS MANAGED BY THE OWNER AND WILL IMMEDIATELY RESPOND TO ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR DURING YOUR VISIT. THIS PROPERTY HAS REGULAR MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES TO MINIMIZE INTERRUPTIONS OF THE GUESTS VISIT. WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND NO PETS ON THE PROPERTY.

We have stayed at Larry and Kaye’s place several times and have always enjoyed our stay there.


The set up is perfect for beach activity. The interior furnishings are something right out of Pier One Imports and are comfortable and lavish.

Wonderful Home with great amenities and very close to beach


Our family had a wonderful time visiting the area. This home was in a perfect spot to enjoy the beach and close to the activities we had planned. Some of the small amenities provided in the home were a nice surprise (Air freshener, TP, Kleenex, bath soap). There is also a nice selection of kitchen ware. New gas grill on the covered deck was a bonus! Larry and Kaye were very helpful through out the stay whenever we had an issue or in need of local recommendations. Highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.

Plenty of room.


We loved our family vacation. The house was well equipped with everything we needed at home and at the beach. The house was beautifully decorated. The beach was great and not overly populated. Restaurants were in close proximity and were all delicious. I have stayed at many beach houses over the years and this house was the best.
