The condo is set back just one block from famed Fort Lauderdale Beach while the back side of the building and all its amenities have expansive intracoastal waterway views. Busy beach bars, restaurants, jet ski and bicycle rentals, Beach Place, and the golden sands of sunny Fort Lauderdale beach are just steps away from your front door. This resort is surrounded by stunning hotels that include the W Fort Lauderdale, The Ritz Carlton, The Atlantic, and The Conrad all of which boast fantastic restaurants and Spas and can be reached by taking a quick stroll down A1A as you overlook the beach. A1A is the perfect place to Rollerblade or bike and look out over the crashing turquoise waves. This property is right next to all the hustle and buslte of the beach, yet its location on the back side of the beach allows you complete serenity and just the perfect amount of peace and quiet as you recover from all the action.
 
The bedroom has a King sized mattress. The living room kitchen and dining room are all connected and serve as a large common area, great for entertaining and cooking homemade meals. Views from this room look North and opening your door to invite the cool salty breeze inside is highly recommended and gives you the feeling of being outside on a private balcony. The sleep sofa in the living room serves as an additional bed for two guests. A flat screen television and cable are provided in both the bedroom and living room. The bathroom has a bath/ shower combo, great for anyone who is traveling with children, or is in much need of a relaxing bubble bath.
 
The building has a common heated pool and patio overlooking the water. There are beach lounges and tables and chairs available for use at the pool and dock area. A community shopping cart is available for bringing groceries up to your unit on the top floor.
 
Cable/ WIFI/ Parking for one car are all complementary. There is minimal guest parking available in the property but plenty of paid parking along the beach and nearby streets. Paid laundry is available on site and just down the hallway from the entrance of the unit.
