A beautifully furnished and decorated home with peaceful surroundings which create the perfect atmosphere for anyone seeking to escape the stress of everyday life. Your vacation awaits you in our renovated home located in Newport County. Relax on the comfortable deck furniture or nestle around the fire pit and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.   Bedrooms, 1 ½ bathrooms, sleeps 7 but accommodates 9 with a pullout couch. Owner operated and live on property of the duplex. Hear the oceans waves from this vacation home. A 3 bedroom ranch with central air conditioning which features a full functioning kitchen with all the necessary dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher. Kitchen can accommodate dining for 8. Entering breezeway room serves as a lounge area with sofa bed to sleep 2 more. Master bedroom has an adjoining ½ bath with queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a double and twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Additional Full Bath. Living room equipped with DVD and library of videos to choose from. 
 
Outdoor accommodations include a cozy covered front breezeway, a back deck with  gas grill (propane provided by owner) and lounging chairs. Reasonably supplied with towels and linens. Off street parking for 4 vehicles.

$500.00 Per Week Night (Sunday-Thursday)
$800 per weekend night (Friday-Saturday)
$150 cleaning fee
8% sales tax
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 9 persons. An additional charge of $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 9 will be assessed in an emergency. Please discuss with owners.

Great house, great location, great communication from the owners.


House was exactly as advertised. Comfortable and close to great amenities like a nice local coffee shop, a few beach bars & restaurants, and of course the beach itself. Suzy was a fantastic communicator through the entire booking experience and was super flexible even as we had to make some adjustments to our schedule closer to the dates of the booking.

Great place for a family


Very clean property and owners were very hospitable. They live on property and this is not a detached unit. However, it didn\'t feel like they were hovering. It is a close walk to the beach pictured in the vrbo ad. This beach had lots of red algae during our visit though and it was hard to get out of the kids hair. Instead the kids explored for creatures at the end of the beach where the rocks are. We would book this property again.

Beautiful, great location, and great homey touches!


Hosts were warm, welcoming, helpful, and obviously put a lot of time and effort into making this place great! We were within a short uber ride of everywhere we wanted to go, we had plenty of space and privacy, and all for a reasonable price. Thanks for the tomatoes, Susy!

Incredibly close to the Beach66 Ellery Avenue


8 of us rented this space for a long weekend and it was everything we wanted and more. I had a few questions prior to our stay, and Susy was accommodating, available by phone any time I called. During our stay, the space was exactly what we expected with enough space for 8, as well as a nice front and back porch to hang out. The best part, however, is proximity to the beach. This space is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach! Perfect for someone who wants a beach weekend!

Adorable, clean home in quiet area so close to action. Can sleep so many comfortably


This home is beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from beach! You could absolutely walk to the Cliff Walk or center of town to enjoy shops and restaurants. Late at night we took an Uber to the action and it was a quick $5 ride. Ten friends spoiled me with a weekend here as a \"last fling before the ring!\" It was a BLAST! They had everything we needed at the house and comfortably slept all ten of us. Suzy was so kind and she responded immediately to my messages or calls and gave suggestions on where to go! Thanks for sharing your piece of Newport with us! A weekend I\'ll never forget!

Hidden Gem66 Ellery Avenue


We rented the property as a last minute getaway for my husband and I. The owners are brand new renters, Susie said this had previously been her In-laws residence. Both Charlie and Susie are more than welcoming and accommodating. Definitely nice to be so close to Newport without all of the traffic. We will definitely consider for a future getaway.
