Bright and open split floor plan, great room. Master bedroom with queen size bed and walk in closet. Slider to screened lanai and pool overlooking fruit trees including bananas, oranges and limes. En suite bath includes separate toilet/shower room. Second bedroom with queen bed shares a full bath with third bedroom with two twin beds. Main great room  includes a living room with window seat the flows into the den/TV room, dining room and kitchen.  Dining room also has sliders to lanai and pool. Bathrooms and kitchen have new cabinets with granite counter tops. Interior laundry room is between garage and main living room. Furnishings include linens, towels and fully equipped kitchen. Pool has a brand new heater and can be heated. Gas grill is provided on lanai. Cable and internet are included. Bicycles, beach chairs and coolers are available in the two car garage. Tennis courts and beaches are less than 5 miles away. The mall, theater and shopping are less than a mile away. Pool and lawn service are provided weekly at agreed upon times.

Relaxing tranquility


Clean, Light, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the extra needed to feel at home. We loved sitting on the Lanai, floating in the pool, and cooking a meal in the well appointed kitchen. Plenty of towels, cookware, even games so you can sit on the Lanai or kitchen table and relax. 3 nice bedrooms make it easy for family or friends to visit. The owners are charming. Joan and Kelly cone to clean the pool and do yard clean up weekly so you can just relax.

We spent the month of January 2019 at this property. The house was very comfortable and roomy, is in a quiet neighborhood, and is well maintained. We especially enjoyed the great pool and lanai. The owner was easy to work with and very congenial.

The house was everything we needed and more. It is bright, airy, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Joan was great. Showed us all we needed to know about the house and the area. She was just a call or text away if we needed anything (which we did not). We had a wonderful, fun and relaxing visit!!

The house was wonderful and very well appointed!


My husband and I and our 3 kids had a blast staying here! Joan and her sister are so friendly and caring. Joan really helped with places to visit and things to do. We didn\'t want for anything, the house had it all! And the best part of this home is the great wildlife you will see from the lanai in the backyard. We already talking about next time :)
