Nice open studio for 1-4 young persons. 2 minutes from Monastiraki station. Air conditioning available with kitchen and a small patio. Very cool vibe/ safe area / and art spirit. in the most famous street of the area!
 
The decoration of the house is scented by the owners artistic personality, colorful and with an atmosphere that combines the comfort needs of a home with artistic details. Enjoy the city vibe inside out!
 
My place is an open studio. Guests have acces to all the place except for a small specified area that is all my artwork like paintings and sculptures.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The street is one of the most famous in the area. Many photographers, tourists, locals, artists, journalist, even just married couples come to capture a moment in this street. The whole area before 30 years was a shoe-sandal-bag making area. In nowdays this has changed. As you will see this neighborhood is a great mixture of old traditional, cult, artists and modern people. Many young artists have their studios here and also some craftsmen from the oldtimes are still here...
 
TRANSPORTATION
The house is 2 mins walking (150 m) far from the metro station Monastiraki. Green and Blue Metro lines are passing throw the area. The distance from the metro station ( Monastiraki , Blue line) to the airport is 50 minutes . There is also a bus (X95) that departs from Syntagma square (Syntagma , Blue line ) and it takes about 45 minutes to arrive at the airport.

The check in time ends at 21:00. 
Between 21:00 - 24:00 we offer late check in with 10€ extra fee 
After 24:00 we offer late check in with 20€ extra fee
