Situated in heart of Athens, a 3-minute walk from Acropolis Museum, a 5-minute walk from Herodes the Atticus Odeon's and 600 m from Parthenon., Chloe Boutique Apartment3 is 3 bedrooom, 115 s.m. 5th floor appartment with a 15 s.m. private penthouse. 
 
The penthouse has a 30 s.m. private balcony with stunning views of the Parthenon and the Akropolis rock. The loft has an indoor study - dinning table suitable for all sorts of activities (from having brunch or lunch and dinner to reading a book or playing board games). You can connect your smartphone to one of the bluetooth speaker devices available in the property and enjoy your favourite music. There is an outdoor dinning table for 8 guests situated in the balcony. You can have your drink or your dinner and enjoy the view of the Akropolis and the Parthenon. The view from the balcony is amazing either under daylight or night. Especially at night, watching the Akropolis rock light up, is a breathtaking experience!
 
There is free WiFi all over the apartment and a 50' flat-screen TV where you can watch your favorite movie or show. Netflix services are offered for free! 
 
The apartment has one large 30 s.m. master bedroom fitted with a queen size double bed, a good sized 2nd bedroom wfitted with a king size double bed and a 3rd bedroom with two single beds. The sofa bed can turn into a king size double bed. The apartment has 3 bathrooms, 1 beeing the main washroom including a shower cabin.   
 
All rooms are fitted with airconditioning units, so you can adjust the room temperature at will.
 
Anafiotika is a 7-minute walk from the apartment, while the entrance to Acropolis is 600 m away. The nearest airport is Elefthérios Venizélos Airport, 19 km from the property, while the port of Piraeus is just 11km away. The Akropolis metro station, is situated at about 100 meters from the property's entrance. You can also access the property via bus, taxi or your rental car. 
 
Chloe boutique apartment, is located in a very trendy and full of life neighborhoud. There are tens of restaurants, coffe shops and bars within a range of a few hundred meters from the property's entrance.

Great location!


The apartment was in great shape and Nicholas was very helpful every step of the way. We had a 9 passenger vehicle and were fortunate to find parking within 3 min walking distance. Cafes and dining nearby with great hospitality!! View of the Parthenon on balcony was the cherry on top!! Would definitely stay here again, thank you Nicholas

Fantastic apartment. Classy, great location, everything you need. Great host.


Probably the best property we have rented. Great view of the Acropolis from the 6th floor penthouse. The host has supplied everything you need - welcome pack, toiletries, etc.. The apartment was luxurious. Our sons were \'wowed\' by it and so excited to be lucky enough to be staying there. A/C & heating, sofa blankets, bedding and plenty of towels, everything spotlessly clean. Comfortable furnishing, plenty of space to lounge and relax ( big TV with Netflix and YouTube). Two w/c s plus all the beds/sofabeds meant that our family of 4 - all over 6ft (183cm) had plenty of space and room to chill out and have privacy. The flat is big enough to accomodate 8, if necessary. The host was very quick to respond to questions and requests. If you\'re coming to Athens STAY HERE, we loved it. Everywhere is in walking distance and Plaka/Acropolis are on your doorstep. Worth every penny. Great value. Money well spent. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. I\'m telling all my friends.

This was a perfect location and did not disappoint. NIcholas greeted our family and graciously showed us around the apartment as well as showed us on a map the best places for dinner. The location was within blocks from the Plaka and all area\'s we wished to tour. The accommodations were clean, neat and quiet. I will be recommending this apartment to friends who plan to travel to Greece in the future. We especially enjoyed having family over to join us for cocktails on the rooftop penthouse.
