Description

The horseshoe-shaped house stands on just one floor. The main entrance, situated under a portico, leads directly into the living area. This area of the house, which stretches along its whole length (about 80 square metres), is divided into living room with TV, dining area and kitchen. The front yard and the patio overlooking the countryside can be reached from both the dining and the living room. The living area is completed by a toilet and two corridors on to which open the four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the corridors leads to a room with washing machine. 
 
The whole property measures about 6 hectares with part cultivated with olive trees. The garden around the villa is about 3500 square metres and is covered by lawn with olives alternating attractively with many-coloured flowers.
