Around the villa is a spacious, well-kept garden with a lawn, flowery shrubs and trees and shady spots. You can enjoy yourself here in the kidney-shaped private swimming pool with partial fence. The old chapel of San Juan is at the end of the street. The centre of Denia with its castle and museum, boulevard with shops, atmospheric restaurants and outdoor cafes is about 2 km away. Supermarket 1 km away. At the beach you can go diving, surfing, canoeing and water skiing. Nature lovers must not miss the Montgó Natural Park (1 km). The 27 hole La Sella golf course is 5 km away.
