The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional row house. The space is a self-contained and private 1 bedroom apartment. Entry from the street brings you into the comfortable living room and dining area. A generous sized desk is located under the front window and a galley kitchen at the back of the room. A small hallway leads to a full bathroom and bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed. The sofa in the living room folds out to a double bed, allowing for up to 3 guests in apartment. A stackable washer and dryer are also located in the apartment.
