Welcome to our Holiday Home in the lovely countryside of Mijas, Spain. The home is perfect accommodation for couples or families looking for an idyllic setting with lovely views to the sea and mountains but within easy reach of golf courses, beaches, shops and nightlife.
 
Mijas Golf Holiday home really is home from home and can accomodate up to 4 people. The bedroom has two single beds and there is a large sofa bed in the lounge.. There is air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom. Fibre optic fibre broadband for all your devices, a large tv with media box for all your favourite channels including a movie library and tv boxset library. All languages can be accessed via the menu on the box.  A fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with large walk-in shower. There is a large terrace with lovely views from the shuttered windows. It is a scenic drive through the golf courses of Los Olivia and Los Lagos to the top of Mijas Golf where the white complex of Pueblo Mijitas is situated. The walk through the walkways and courtyards are typically Spanish.The scenic mountains and the white washed village of Mijas Pueblo to the sea can be viewed from outside the holiday home.
 
Terrace with views to sea and mountains
The spacious terrace is the ideal place for eating alfresco,  with a table and 4 chairs, there is a built-in BBQ for your exclusive use with utensils, or you could get a takeaway pizza, , pasta, etc from the Ristorante Zialola which is located on the complex. If you prefer to sunbathe there is an astro turf area with loungers and blinds for shade. You can enjoy the lovely views from the open shutters to the sea and the white washed village of Mijas Pueblo and the mountains in the distance.

Cancellations: If the holiday is cancelled 8 weeks�prior to�the arrival date the deposit will be returned. If the holiday is cancelled 8 weeks or under prior to arrival �no refund will be given.

Why it is Famous ?

Mijas is famous for his white village nestled in the hills with the Donkey Taxis and outstanding views.

Area Information

The Holiday home lies at the top of Mijas Golf where there are two golf courses Los Olivos and Los Lagos. There is a large communal swimming pool on site with grassed areas and free loungers and parasols. Toilets and showers and a lifeguard in high season. There are some steps down to the Holiday Home.

How to reach

Mijas Golf |Holiday Home is 32 kilometres from Malaga airport and takes 32 minutes by car. There is the A7 motorway which takes you to Mijas Costa, then you take the A7053 towards Coin. Along this road at the roundabout you take the first exit to Mijas Golf and the Holiday Home lies at the top of Mijas Golf.

Transport system

There are trains from Malaga airport to Fuengirola. There are taxis outside the station that can take you to the Holiay Home.

Precautions

The area is quite hilly and there are no buses directly outside the Holiday Home. The nearest bus is at the entrance to Mijas Golf course.

Lifestyle

The lifestyle is very laid back and relaxing in Mijas Golf.

Best time to visit

The Costa del sol has a temperate climate so any time of year is good. In July and August temperatures can reach 35-40c.

Additional Rate details

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is to be made by Bank Transfer or PayPal - 30% upon booking, balance payable 6 weeks prior to rental. Bookings made under 6 weeks prior to rental, full payment is required upon booking.
 
DEPOSITS
We request a refundable deposit of 100 euros for any breakages, this can be paid in cash when you arrive at the property.  This will be returned at the end of your stay providing there are no problems.
 
CLEANING
The home will be cleaned and towels and linen will be provided for the duration of your stay. If requested any extra cleaning or towels and linen provided will incur an extra charge. Towels for swimming are not provided, please bring your own.
