The first, a ranch style unit in the front, is set up as follows: Front-to-back kitchen, dining, and living room. 2 bedrooms with queens and the third a set of bunks with/a/trundle. A small porch you see in the front and a larger one in the rear with a table and patio chairs.This unit has central air and a 40" flat screen.

Should you take it: You will need linens and towels ( Beach and Bath towels, sheets, pillow cases) Pillows and? blankets are provided. We also have plenty of Beach chairs, and a beach buggy in the Shed in the rear.There is also a grill along with a fully stocked and applianced kitchen. You can shop on Rt 1 Layfayette st @ Market Basket. (liquor store in the same parking lot). Both units are fully applianced, both have Gas Grills, A.C. and parking for 3 cars per unit. I'm 4 houses to Ocean Dr?

Our back unit has on the first floor: Kitchen, Dinning and Living room with is a 42" flat screen. 1 bedroom w/a full/bed, and bathroom down. Off the kitchen/dining room is a slider going to a 12'X9'deck. Upstairs another small bedroom with a bunk and twin bed, the 3rd bedroom is quite large with a King bed. There is another top deck with sliders from the middle bedroom.In the rear is another ground level deck w/tables and patio furniture and an outside shower. Both units are fully applianced, both have Gas Grills, A.C. and parking for 3 cars? per unit. I'm 4 houses to Ocean St and 4 houses down to Tilton? (right-Away) It's a 3-minute walk to the Ocean.. and 15 min walk/bike to Hampton Beach Casino.?
