Description

The T/C is our 450 square foot Efficiency/Studio unit at SandDollar Cove Cottages. The unit has a Queen size Murphy Bed (very comfortable) and a complete Kitchen with all your appliances and utensils. There is a large bath room with a corner shower. In your living room area is a Full size Futon that is for additional sleeping accommodations. There are 3 Hunter ceiling fans and a 1 1/2 ton Mini/split a/c. You will have cable T/V with a 32" flat screen and Internet for WiFi thru cable (fast). We are saving the best for last you are just 75 feet from the water edge. In the beginning of this year we completed your 10' x 15' Gazebo with a gas grill and with power / lights and an out side shower.

I am a retired Airline Pilot. Which gave me the opportunities to travel the Caribbean and I selected Casuarina Point. Because it is only a 50 minute flight on a Commuter from Florida. Delta has just started flying from Atlanta to Marsh Harbour non stop and I expect to see Newark start up in the next year or so

Casuarina Point is a small settlement 17 miles south of Marsh Harbour with one of the nicest Beaches on the Island of Abaco. There are only about 40 homes in Casuarina Point so you will see very few people on the beach with you. Shelling or walking your beach at low tide is a pleasure. The sand on the Cauarina Beach is very fine so it feel soft to the touch and because it is so white it reflects the suns rays and remains cool to walk on even at the hottest part of the day.
