The apartments are complete renovated from top to bottom we include all utilities and is complete furnished with basic cable and wire and WiFi Internet access.

We have a share solar room on back of the house with desk and internet access or read a book just a relax place for you to enjoy.

This a really cute, spacious apartment! And the location is extremely convenient, downtown St. Pete is about 10-15 walk away. The only downside is that this location is on a busy road. So traffic is a near constant during the day.
