Description

3 stand-alone villas and 2 units that are part of their own stand-alone structure. Villa 1 is the premier villa and has 2 bedrooms on the top floor; guests have the option to book an efficiency suite underneath the primary floor for an additional 2 bedrooms. Villas 2 and 3 are also stand-alone units that rent as either a 1 or 2 bedroom option. Villas 4 and 5 are 1 bedroom options with the option to add an efficiency suite (can only be rented by either villa 4 or 5; only one efficiency on the building) for an extra bedroom. All of the units have their own private plunge pool, fabulous outdoor lounge and dining space, wonderful kitchen and indoor living space with unbelievable views out of St. Maarten; all are beach and ocean front. Villa 1 has 2 bathrooms on the primary floor and 1 bathroom in the efficiency suite. Villas 2 and 3 (rented as a 2 BR) have 2 bathrooms and when rented as a 1 bedroom option there is 1 bathroom. Villas 4 and 5 have 1 bedroom, one bathroom each and the efficiency has its own bathroom, kitchenette and comfortable living space. All have outdoor showers.

RESERVATION POLICIES
A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations. Specific dates cannot be held and will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Wire transfer, American Express, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted methods of payment. Full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is recommended.
 
Deposit is fully refundable provided cancellation is received in writing 90 days or more prior to arrival. Thereafter, the deposit is applied to any cancelled or altered nights of a reservation.
 
Reservation and cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Rates are subject to change without notice.

The views are incredible


The views are incredible, and only tell part of the story. Having the private pool and beach access in a secluded area of the island was a highlight of Solaire. As a bonus, it is also extremely comfortable- the beds, the accommodations, the lighting in the villa, the access to grocery delivery and exceptional service, and so much more. We felt safe, we felt comfortable, and we felt like celebrities!

Perfect Location


This was my first time at Solaire and I cannot say enough about our stay in paradise. The view from the villa and the beach was absolutely stunning, along with the blue color and warm temperature of the water. My friends and I spent a lot of our time lounging around the infinity pool area or walking down to feel the water on the beach, which felt like it was right in our front yard. The staff is so warm hearted and welcoming, they feel like family from the moment you meet them.

Amazing Experience !


My friends and I stayed at Solaire for the week and we all had the most amazing experience! The villas are pristine and the staff is extremely friendly! The villas are in a gorgeous location. It is very quiet so we felt like the only people there which was amazing. The kitchen and bedrooms were amazing. Nothing better than waking up in the morning and seeing paradise outside your door!
