Manasota Beach Club offers year round accommodations. Quaint cottages are located throughout the over 20 acres of oak canopy and water front spanning Manasota Key from the Gulf of Mexico to Lemon Bay.  Each cottage is unique and most have full kitchens.  Your stay at Manasota Beach Club will include fine dining during the winter season starting in mid-November until the end of April.  During your stay you will have access to all the amenities the resort has to offer including; year round heated pool, clay and synthetic grass tennis courts, kayaks, paddle-boards, basketball court, pickle ball, shuffleboard courts, nature trails, private boat dock on Lemon Bay, and over a quarter mile of private Gulf-front beach.  The cottages come in One, Two, and Three bedrooms.
 
For over half a century, the Manasota Beach Club (MBC) has been delighting visitors and guests with traditional Florida charm that is rare to find anywhere today.  Although MBC is a private club, we welcome non-members to stay at any of our quaint cottages, and as a venue for special events including weddings, reunions, and anniversaries. Guests who stay in our cottages enjoy fine dining on-site from mid-November through the end of April.  During the summer, the resort  takes on a new dimension and is the perfect place to get away

The Gulls
Four one-bedroom, one-bath units with sitting areas and their own entrances. Gull 1 and Gull 2 are separate units facing the Gulf beach, Gull 3 and Gull 4 are adjoining units with a large wooden deck facing the tennis court, shuffleboard court, and playground. Gull 3 and 4 are ideal for young families.
 
Blue Heron
Beachfront, old-world charmer with deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Two, large cypress paneled one-bedroom suites with private baths and separate entrances. Blue Heron North has a galley style full kitchen, Blue Heron South has breakfast nook with coffee machine and microwave.
 
Red Robin
Situated behind the dune is a stand-alone one-bedroom, one-bath cottage with a living and dining room area and a full kitchen. Enjoy sitting on the bougainvillea terrace. This cottage can be adapted to fit a family of four.
 
Sanderling
This one-bedroom, two-bath is popular for one of the best gulf views from its covered lanai and sun deck, and its proximity to the Club. It has a full kitchen, dining and living room. It’s a favorite for honeymooners.
 
Sandpiper
This historic one-bedroom, one-bath original bungalow is located next to the Clubhouse with internet access and adjacent to the Club library. Enclosed porch overlooking the Club lawn to the beach.
 
Ibis 
This two-bedroom, two-bath jewel has its own private pool with a large terrace overlooking the Gulf. Enclosed lanai, terrazzo floors, large opening living room, newly decorated, with full kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Path straight to the beach. Picturesque sunset viewing! 
 
Lovebird
This two-bedroom, two-bath gem has rustic pine walls and floors in a distinct Floridian style. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with large sliding doors offers amazing waterfront views. Gulf terrace leads to private steps down to beach.  Great for sunset entertaining.
 
Royal Tern
Two bedroom, one bath stilt house cottage with full kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace. Large wraparound deck overlooking Lemon Bay and private dock. Tropical grotto style pool and short walk to gulfside beach access. 
 
Kingfisher
A two story, three bedroom cottage overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Downstairs is a one-bedroom, one bath unit with full kitchen, living room and deck. Upstairs has two separate one-bedrooms each with private bath and private entrance, each equipped with small refrigerator and coffee maker. Each room has a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. 
 
Meadowlark
A renovated three-bedroom, two-bath family cottage with large full kitchen, living room and dining room. Meadowlark is nestled among the live oaks and palm trees next to the Club pool, tennis court and playground. A two minute walk to the beach. Laundry located in rear garage.
 
Owl
A two-story five-bedroom, five-bath cottage on the gulf front. Owl Up has a full kitchen, living room and two adjoining bedrooms with their own baths and balcony offering a bird's eye view of the Gulf and beach. The lower floor has three separate bedrooms, each with small refrigerator and coffee maker, with their own gulf view entrances, and private lanai opening onto a wooden deck and dune front. The whole cottage may be reserved upon request in the off-season.
 
Spoonbill
Elevated cottage on the dunes facing the Gulf with blond cypress paneling and a large wraparound deck offering partial view of the water. Two-bedroom, two baths upstairs comes equipped with full kitchen, living room and dining room. The downstairs suite has small refrigerator and coffee maker, and small sitting room. Laundry room is located on the ground floor.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations: The deposit guarantees that we will hold the space as outlined in your reservation confirmation, and if you must shorten your stay, you will agree to pay for the entire period confirmed.  If for any reason a cancellation is necessary, we will return the deposit if a written cancellation notice is received forty-five days (45) prior to scheduled arrival time, or may be applied to a future reservation at the discretion of MBC management.  In the event of a last minute cancellation, and if the space can be filled, we will return the deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the space cannot be filled.

Additional guest $50.00 per night in same cottage
(Additional child (ages 2-4) $25.00 per night in same cottage)
Children under two (2) years old - no charge  
Crib Rental of $15/ per night + 12% tax may apply
Club Membership / Resort Fee 5%.
 
Taxes and Gratuities: All rates plus 12% state and local tax, and a suggested 15% gratuity.
 
Deposit Policy: All reservations require a 3-night deposit. Short stays must be paid in full prior
to arrival. Any reservation more than 2 weeks requires a 25% deposit.
