great place.


The Avis House is secure, spacious, and immaculate. I care most about being in a clean house where I feel safe. Additionally, there is a LOT of room, and it\'s quite comfortable. The house is centrally located, so when I had to run errands, it was convenient. The house is in a surprisingly quiet area, and the neighbors were friendly. I brought my two dogs and they had a lot of fun running and playing in the big yard. The spa was a nice touch and really relaxing. The price was very reasonable and I had no complaints whatsoever. I was very happy there and would definitely rent it again. Also, I personally have trouble sleeping anywhere other than my own bed, but the bed in the master suite is absolutely heavenly, which was a very pleasant surprise, and I was well rested throughout my stay. All in all, it\'s a great place.

Our stay was very comfortable with enough space for our party. We arrived late and Norm was very accommodating with the check in process. We found the house clean well lit, cool and welcoming with all the supplies we needed for our visit. We enjoyed every minute of being there.

My mom, sister and I rented this house while visiting another sister who lives in Palm Bay. The location was perfect, as it was a short drive to her house each day. We were pleasantly surprised by how bright and open the house is. Lots of windows let in natural light. The house has plenty of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen, while a bit dated in the cabinet department, has updated appliances. It did seem a bit unorganized, however. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, so it wasn\'t an issue. There is both a small eating area and a more formal dining room if you\'re looking to fix meals. And the screened-in patio was my mom\'s go-to place for morning coffee. If you find the weather too hot and sticky to enjoy the outdoors, there is a large, flat-screen TV in the family room that lets you access Netflix or Amazon Prime or any number of other options. There is also a good-sized TV in the master. The home is set up with modern technology: keyless entry, Ring security system and electronic thermostat. You will need an app in order to use the keyless entry. The house sits on a large lot and is listed as pet friendly, but be advised that the yard is not completely fenced. Norm is helpful and returned calls and texts promptly. He sincerely wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable. Our favorite aspect of the house? The sectional couch in the front room. Great style. I wouldn\'t hesitate to rent this home again.

This home really brought my family together! I really loved the layout of the home. First time being able to go on vaction must say wish I could of never left but then no one could experience the beauty of this home!!! The home was equipped with all the essential things that you need on an everyday base. The home was very clean and put together I love all the decor!! The white sofa [well thats to die for] Really enjoyed staying at this Beautiful home hope maybe someday to visit again or get lucky and own one of my own!

I was amazed by the modern look of the interior yet it was warm, comfortable and cozy. There was plenty of room for 6 us to enjoy this home. Loved being able to enjoy the patio with my friends in the evening. Norm the owner was available by phone to us to answer our questions ( Great guy ). I would absolutely recommend the place for a quick weekend getaway, the beaches were close and we had a great time. We will be back Nooorm !!
