The space
Resort like living with pool, gym, BBQ, hot tub, and direct access to the beach.
Easy access as well to the bike path and it's just a short walk from downtown Long Beach, the Pike, East Arts District, Marina and Shoreline Village. Lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance.
 
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apt and all of the amenities of the luxury building: pool, gym, sauna, barbecues, direct access to beach.
 
Interaction with guests
Housecleaning is available during your stay at the cost of 120$ per full cleaning.
 
Additional Rules
- Quiet building so loud noise not allowed.
- Quiet from 9 pm on
- No shoes in the house please
