The layout is open-plan style making it a very social home with distinct separate areas for the Living Room, Family Gathering Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Nook Area.
Every room is light, spacious and well planned.
 
Master suite - has a stunning 4-poster super-king bed, large en-suite with walk-in shower, separate toilet, his & hers basins and hairdryer.
Queen suite - has a queen bed and beautiful views of the waterway - shares bathroom (bath, shower & toilet) with twin room
Twin room - twin beds
 
* EXTERIOR *

Unique to our villa, we have a private fishing dock complete with fishing rod and leisure chairs. Even if you don’t fish, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset, enjoy a good book with a glass of wine or watch the different types of wildlife.
The large private pool is most inviting - it can be heated in the cooler months to allow all year round swimming (extra charge).
The sun deck stretches out to the pool area and makes the perfect place to sunbathe.

We are the Brodie girls from Buckinghamshire in the UK.  We built our GLORIOUS GULF VILLA from scratch back in 2007 and have enjoyed welcoming Guests to stay from every corner of the World.

We choose Rotonda because the location is simply divine.  It has everything you could possibly want to make your vacation dreams come true; beautiful selection of local beaches, plenty of championship golf courses on your door-step, great shops and restaurants, wonderful wildlife, very safe and relaxing area.

We are very hands-on Owners who deal with all the enquiries and bookings ourselves to ensure you receive a friendly and personal service.

Our Guest comments/reviews speak for the themselves - everyone who stays with us has a great stay and a high number of Guests book a return trip as soon as they arrive home.

* All Guests must complete our Booking Form & agree to our Villa Terms & Conditions before a booking can be confirmed (Owner will provide copies of these documents direct to Guest) * Bookings more than 10 weeks away only require $500 non-refundable deposit (balance due 10 weeks before travel) * Bookings less than 10 weeks away require fully immediate payment * For US & Canadian Guests rental payments can be made directly to our US bank via a manual check or online bank transfer * For UK & European Guests rentals payments are made securely & quickly online via TransferWise * All bookings are subject to a $500 Security Deposit which is refundable 28 days after returning home, subject to our Villa Terms & Conditions * Sorry No Pets & No Smoking allowed * Check in time - 4pm / check out time - 11am * Our Terms & Conditions will explain our cancellation policy

Glorious Gulf Villa


We had the great good fortune to enjoy 11 days in this beautiful villa and we had the most wonderful stay.The house is spacious, comfortable and so luxurious. Everything we needed was provided for and more.But the best part for us was the gorgeous deck. We could have spent our whole stay relaxing there enjoying the wildlife and the tranquility of the canal. In fact we had to drag ourselves away to explore the local area.My husband & son really enjoyed the fishing dock and the local alligators paid them a visit each day. At the beach we got to see some dolphins and a manatee. We even encountered turtles crossing the road. My abiding memory will be mornings on the deck listening to and watching the birds.Victoria the owner has gone out of her way to make the reservation process very simple. She also provides lots of information on the local area and top tips for a great holiday.Wed return in a heartbeat. It was a very relaxing, laid back trip in a fantastic home.A big thank you to Victoria & her family for sharing their amazing villa with us!

Absolutely Perfect , Fabulous Villa


We have holidayed in Florida for many years but without doubt Glorious Gulf Villa has provided the best vacation experience ever. Beautifully presented this family friendly villa is in an excellent location with easy access to beaches, shops and restaurants. The Villa is spacious, superbly appointed and spotlessly clean. Fully equipped there is everything you need for a brilliant vacation. The pool and covered lanai are great and the outside fishing deck a welcome bonus. We spent many hours watching the fantastic wildlife, unbelievable to watch Alligators cruising the waterway and we even saw otters this year! Cape Haze pioneer trail is close by and really enjoyed cycling down to Boca Grande (bikes provided by the owners) in the early morning or late evening. Victoria the owner is a pleasure to deal with, extremely professional and all transactions were seamless. Can not emphasise how highly we recommend Glorious Gulf Villa, two blissful weeks.

Wonderful relaxing villa


This Villa is situated in the outer boundary of rotunda circle. The location was very quiet fronted by a canal which was full of fish, alligators and turtles. The lanai was a very relaxing place to listen to the different birds. We had a cardinal that came each day. The pool was very clean. The house is the Florida style which we love for privacy. The inside is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Victoria, the owned, was very pleasant to deal with and Mary the property manager was excellent. The area has five golf courses within ten minutes, very close to restaurants , beaches, and shopping. I would recommend this villa.

Everything we expected!


This house is centrally located, well maintained and very comfortable. The pool was very enjoyable as the water temperature was well maintained and a great size. The bedrooms were roomy with great storage. We had a great time and would come back again.

What a wonderful holiday.


After a very hectic week doing the Theme Parks in Orlando we were keen for some rest and relaxation on the Gulf Coast.We were so pleased when we arrived to find the villa was exactly what we needed. Nice and spacious for a family of 5 with a good sized pool and wonderful views.We enjoyed eating in and having dinner outside by the pool but we also enjoyed trying different local restaurants. To keep the kids amused we found the Tikki bar on Englewood beach worked well as they could play games outside and we could listen to live music. We all enjoyed hunting for sharks teeth on the beach.The local supermarket is just a short drive away and it has everything you need we noticed a chemist and a dentist in the same area as well as various takeaway restaurants.We only needed to speak to the Management Lady once whos there to help with any questions but it was nice to know we could reach out to someone locally if we needed to.We would love to return one day and see more of what the area offers as we ran out of time.

Gloria Gulf Villa


It was really difficult deciding where to stay as all the villas online looked very similar and we had never done a private rental before so we were a bit nervous. We decided on Glorious Gulf Villa as my husband and I enjoy playing golf and this villa was close to lots of different golf courses. He also liked the fact that it had a fishing dock and thought it would be fun to give fishing a try. The rental price was competitively priced especially as the villa sleeps 6 people.The booking process was very easy and the Owner patiently answered my long list of questions.The photos of the villa online looked impressive and when we arrived we realised the villa was just as described and it certainly did not disappoint seeing it for real. It was larger than we had imagined and we couldnt believe the amount the wildlife that we spotted in the garden and by the waterway. We took so many photos.We were spoilt with the choice of golf courses we tried a different one every day and some of them have nice Club Houses to drink at afterwards.We liked taking the Cape Haze trial which is about 5 minutes away from the villa where you can explore it all the way down the Gulf. We walked but lots of people were on bikes.Overall we had a really relaxing and comfortable stay and it certainly ticked all our boxes.
