Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee by the pool while gazing upon the peaceful canal and basking in the warm Florida sun. If that doesn't sound good enough, the beach is only a 15 minute drive from your cozy getaway.

The house harbors laminate flooring throughout, with all new modern furniture. Our 3 bedrooms can easily accommodate an entire family, you can even bring the grandparents along if you like! There's plenty for them to do as well. Our two full baths means that there won't be any fighting over shower time. With 3 flat screen TV's, everyone can watch their own shows at the same time. Our breakfast nook has a nice pool/canal view with just the right amount of sun in the morning. The den area is perfect for hanging out. Our dining room table comfortably seats 6, and our kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The barbecue outside is perfect for grilling up vegetables, meats or even ribs. If you don't feel like cooking, there is an array of good restaurants around.

What is there to do?

Besides the obvious beach outing, there is plenty of golf to be played. Our home is surrounded by 5 golf courses. If golf isn't your thing, you can take a leisurely stroll around the friendly neighborhood and enjoy all the wildlife or just relax and observe it from the backyard. If the kids are itching for more entertainment, Disney World is an approximate 2 hour drive. Want to head over to the white sand beach of Clearwater? That's a little less than two hours as well. Rotonda West, is situated in the heart of it all with plenty to do.

At the end of the day, you can cozy up on our patio outside and wind down with a good book and a glass of wine or take a late night dip in the pool.
