Description

Dream Villas is a boutique style, beachfront property, with villas that offer one and two bedroom suites. Each villa has an ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, washer and dryer in some units, and WiFi. Rooms are accessible to persons with mobility impairments, with maid and room service available.
 
Spend the day bonefishing the flats with one of our local guides, or stay on property and enjoy kayaking through the mangroves, snorkeling, birdwatching, or just simply sunbathing on the beach. Top it all off with a meal in our Brigadier's Restaurant, offering island style and international cuisine.

Beautiful and Amazing Dream Villas


I went to Central Andros to work and stayed at Dream Villas. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe and just amazing! The villa was spacious with a full size kitchen and all the needed utensils. Large bedrooms with queen size beds. Large bathrooms and walk-in closet. Outside had a wonderful covered deck with a walkway to the beach which was less than 10 steps away, with clear, clean warm waters! Mrs. Emmanuel was beautiful and accommodating, ready to take care of any request in a heartbeat. We were also able to rent a vehicle from her which made our travel arrangements so easy. I had such a wonderful relaxing time at this property that I cannot wait to return. It was a ten minute trip from Nassau and my most favorite island property thus far.

Clean spacious rooms. Service excellent. Highly recommend to travellers. Restaurant next door. Try their steam conch the best I have tasted. Staff very friendly. View on the deck is great. Be careful once you have eaten that conch you will fall asleep by the fresh cool sea breeze. Love it. Will be back.

Weekend away


When staying in Andros, this is most definitely the place to stay. It is on the water so the beauty of sunrises and sunsets are perfect each day. The place is equipped with everything you need, its clean, the service is excellent, and a restaurant is next door. Can\'t go wrong staying here. Excellent place to stay!

Hidden Gem


We stayed in the Bonefish villa (blue middle) over spring break 2018. Accommodations were clean and spacious. Loved the layout. Sandra was very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Quiet island and the locals were very friendly. We never felt unsafe. Many blue holes and beautiful beaches to explore. Bonefishing was excellent and exciting! We will definitely come back.

Family Vacation


My family and I had a wonderful visit at Dream Villas in Central Andros. There were 8 of us ranging from ages 16 -76 and everyone fully enjoyed themselves. The living accommodations were clean and very spaces. The amenities around the villas were spectacular. We took in some fishing off the fishing pier, relaxed on the outdoor deck while watching the wave roll in, and enjoyed amazing scenery while kayaking through the mangroves just before sunset. There was a nice leisurely stretch of beach for an early morning stroll as well. The entire staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Sandra, the office manager. Oh and I can\'t forget, Brigadiers, the restaurant right next door. What a convenience to have somewhere right next door to dine under the moonlight outside or their cozy inside dining area. The food was delicious and the service was great. Dream Villas is a dream come true. I would definitely be back!!
