Description

Rent a large house for your family reunion or group retreat that sleeps 21 people. Back of house is waterfront with three large deck tables, dining chairs, and gas grill. Deck is fenced and gated and accommodates children and pets. Wonderful location, one block walk to beach and three blocks from shops and restaurants.
Both dens have a queen-sized sleeper couch.
All king beds can be pulled apart to make 2 twin beds.
 
Upper level:

Bedroom # 3 three twin beds and a set of bunk beds
 
Lower level:

House has laundry room and full-sized kitchen on each level.
Upper level dining table seats 16
Lower level dining table seats 8
House has outdoor shower and 5 bathrooms
Both kitchens have been remodeled recently and house has two new A/C units - one for each level of house.
Pets are allowed on lower level of house only.

Labor Day Bash


We had such an amazing weekend at this house! Very close to the Ocean City (>30min) where we went to Seacrets (highly recommend) and so convenient to get to the beach, one block! We walked back and forth to the house and beach for beverages and food and had a very relaxing trip! So much space in the house, so many bathrooms, two large kitchens, just great for a large group (we had 16 people)! Nancie made the check in and check out process so easy!
