Luxury villa located in Brigantine's desirable A-zone, on one of the most beautiful and quiet streets! Only steps to the sand (5th house from the beach)!
 
The house can comfortably accommodate 12-14 people. The interior is done in an elegant, high-end contemporary professional design.
 
The house features 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, elevator, heated pool, huge entertainment patios, garage and plenty of parking space. It has 4,000 sq. feet of living space and more than 1,000 sq. feet of outside entertainment decks with lots of seating meant for large gatherings or for quiet time.
 
The heated, lighted pool in the back yard will delight kids and adults alike. The hot/cold water outside shower is convenient when returning from the beach. 
 
The first floor includes 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room. It also features a large living area with Natuzzi leather sofas, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, a wet bar with plenty of storage, built-in fridge and microwave. 
 
The elevator has an additional garage level stop, which makes it wheelchair accessible.
 
The second floor is an open-concept main entertainment area, with gourmet kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable leather seating with 60 in. flat screen TV. The second floor also has a full bathroom and an area that functions as media room/office/bedroom, having 2 Queen size high-end European style sofa beds and dressers. 
 
The third floor has a large Master bedroom with cathedral ceilings, a King bed and an additional comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa. It opens to a large deck, partially-covered, with sitting and hammock. The master bathroom has a stand alone tub and a separate over sized walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, including  a rain shower head. The remaining 2 bedrooms (one King and one Queen) share a large, double-sink Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Family Vacation 2019


Property and amenities were much more than we expected; Owner was very responsive and very helpful with questions regarding the property and nearby facilities; it was very well stocked so that we did not need to shop for \'necessities\' until we were settled; house is very large and well appointed; the whole family remarked about how this was nicer than prior rentals in the Outer Banks, NC.

It is a home to all of us, the owner is always available and our children and grandchildren come from 4 different states every year to enjoy the home, the location and the wonderful beach.
