The house sits directly on the beach, just steps to the water. Located at the end of a dead-end road, guests enjoy unmatched privacy and seclusion for relaxation, or a social gathering. Perfect for a family gathering, or long weekend with friends!
 
The space
Our B&B is as close to the ocean as you can get! Enjoy walks on the beach year-round, and swimming + water sports in the warmer months (kayaks + paddle boards). Families and friends love staying at our house; each room has its own bathroom, TV, and private deck.

The location was perfect for our family reunion including kids 2 1/2 and my 96 year old mother, we had all the rooms (and other family stayed nearby) . It was great having bathrooms for each bedroom. The rooms are not large, but who wants to hang out in their room when you have the beach outside? It was a bit cold for most of us to go in the Ocean, but the sand came right up to the Inn and the kids had a blast. There is also a playground right across the street. If you are a birder, there was an osprey around most of the time. Before we got there, whenever I had questions, the host responded very promptly. He checked several times to make sure we didn\'t need anything, and there is a small caretaker apartment as part of the Inn. He was very cooperative when we had 2 families that needed to come in a day early, and then one family stayed a day later than we originally planned. Plenty of sand toys for the little ones, and kayaks and a paddleboard for the adults. Facing the ocean there is an open deck, and a glassed in area which were perfect for our \"matriarch\", she (and the parents) could watch the children play outside but if she got cold, she could be inside and still see what\'s going on. If you are renting the entire place, the kitchen is small and by itself in the lower level, but worked out fine for us. The area off the porch had a small refrigerator and, sink, microwave etc for light meals. Our whole family highly recommends The Beach House Inn.

Best vacations ever!!!!


The house is great. There were 15 of us and all of us had comfortable beds. The full bathrooms in each bedroom made it even better. There was plenty of parking for everyone and guests. The beach amenities were used by the entire group (i.e., aqua pad, paddle boards, kayaks, etc). Bill and Mark were very responsive and full of info. It was one of our best vacations ever!!!!
