Cooling, Comfortable Tradewinds: Coconut Breeze is the villa you have been searching for:  expansive views over Coral Bay, East End, Sir Francis Drake Channel, BVI and the open sea beyond. Cooling tradewinds will keep you in perfect comfort with rarely the need for the A/C installed in all bedrooms. Although you may never wish to leave the relaxing covered porch and picture-postcard view over the glistening pool and island-studded sea, you are only minutes away from the beautiful north shore beaches. 
 
The property consists of a total of 3 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths: a 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath main house and a separate guest cottage for 2 additional people if needed. Each bedroom has its own bath. The main bedroom in the upper living area has a king bed, island/sea views and enjoys an ensuite large, double-sink bath with large shower. The private lower bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath walks directly out to the pool deck and enjoys a refreshing outdoor shower overlooking the scenic islands beyond. For more than 4 guests, the remote guest cottage will provide another very private 3rd bedroom with queen bed, full bath, kitchenette and spacious sitting porch overlooking Coral Bay below. The main house living area sofa does fold out to a queen bed as space for 7th and 8th guests, if desired. There is a convenient half bath located in the main living area. 
 
The villa overlooks Coral Bay with its colorful bars, restaurants and shops. While live music can be found on most nights in Coral Bay, the music dies down before too late and the sounds of the island tree frog chorus provide your natural symphony for the remainder of your evening on this quiet side of the island. 
 
The road access to Coconut Breeze is primarily paved but does still have sections of unpaved, dirt roads. Therefore, a 4-wheel drive Jeep or SUV is required. Some parts of the concrete road are fairly steep, so if it is not adventure you seek we would encourage you to look elsewhere for your rental. There is new concrete paving along the upper steepest stretch just before the driveway. For those who relish the fun, Coconut Breeze will not disappoint as your prize for your 3-minute adventurous climb in your Jeep.

Awesome second visit


We love this home. The view is spectacular and the home is an oasis! We love the grill and sitting on the back porch to have our coffee and breakfast! The kitchen is very well equipped and great nightlife and restaurants within 10 mins! We’ll be back soon!

Amazing home with amazing view


Such an incredible slice of paradise! Driveway was scary and the bedrooms not in the same home (locked our kids in upstairs) so not good for little kids, but the view and breezes and perfect accommodations were amazing. I would totally come back- and it would be perfect for grandparents in the little cottage down the walkway. Sunrise was extraordinary!!

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room. The views are very spectacularly. The house was comfy but a little hot in the main area because the only air conditioner is in the master bedroom. We would definitely go back and stay in this house.

Dreamy home with the Ultimate view!


This home is well maintained, beautifully furnished, and the perfect place to stay in Coral Bay! Everything you could ever want in a vacation home!! I would wake up each morning run to the window to make sure I was not dreaming. The bed in the master guest room was very comfortable my husband said I slept so soundly I forgot to snore.:) I will cherish the sweet memories my family made at Coconut breeze. Incredible!

Best view ever!


This property is perfect for so many reasons. The view off the back deck is unlike anything I have ever seen. Waking up to this every morning is heaven. Great location in Coral Bay. There are a hand full of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of the house. There are also two markets to purchase food to cook in also within a few minutes. The house has a great kitchen for making meals and the pool with the view is so relaxing. This property is perfect for a family or a few couples. Best snorkeling spot on the island is 10 minutes from the house, salt pond. It is nice to stay over in Coral Bay and be out of the busy Cruz Bay part of the island. I found it much more laid back. 20 minute drive to Cruz if you want to do dinner there or want to hit the beaches on the other side of the island. Best of both worlds. I will be back to this property in the future if it is available.
