Relaxing & Great Location


The condo was larger than anticipated, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It is located in the row right behind the beach and pool for a very short walk to either. One resident was nice enough to let us use his kayak and the kayaking was wonderful. Pool was perfect size and hot tub was never overly crowded. Tim was wonderful to work with and we had zero issues. The location of the condo is close to St. Pete Beach (spectacular!), Downtown St. Petersburg, and Gulfport. All great locations. Grocery store very close. Highly Recommend!

Great place!


The condo was perfect, very comfortable and more than enough room. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Tim was so friendly and super helpful the entire trip. The book with suggestions of places to eat and things to see was a great addition. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

Relaxing vacation close to urban amenities


Well maintained and furnished 2 bedroom condo unit in quiet, attractive complex--featuring a small beach, 2 heated pools, tennis court, small playground in a park-like setting, access to an adjacent nature preserve. We were 4 adults and and infant and had plenty of room. There is a closed-off screen porch which adds another air-conditioned room overlooking the back. No washer-dryer but a public one right behind. The owner, Tim Wagner, was very attentive, calling us before, during and after the visit to make sure our needs were being met. The unit is close to the beach and one of the pools. Area attractions we enjoyed: Desoto State Park, the more urban beaches north of that, the Dali museum, Saturday Farmer\'s Market downtown, Central Ave district, Florida Botannical Garden (at night for the Xmas light show but would have liked to return in the day) Nearer home, sunsets over our beach, walking in Clam Bayou preserve. Publix, CVS, and Walmart very close. We chose this place because a daughter\'s family was renting a nearby unit at this time. Hopefully will come again, and I wouldn\'t mind buying a unit here for a winter retirement home.

Beautiful and Relaxing Waterfront Complex


The property is just beautiful and is very well maintained. Although there were two pools, and both were well taken care of, my favorite was the one with the view of Boca Ciega Bay. The hot tub was great to use in the evening with the city lights sparkling in the distance across the water. The tennis court was nice, and the kids playground looked like great fun for children, although I did not have any with me on this trip. The condo itself was clean, and well decorated. It is obvious that Tim and Kristie take pride in ownership. They add new updates regularly between guests. As a matter of fact, Tim had a new ceiling fan for the guest suite ready to install between our visit and the next guests! The beds were comfortable, and the view from the master suite and lanai was a serene and enjoyable to look at while sipping coffee in the morning. The laundry area was just down the back steps and maybe 20 steps away, making it easy to freshen up our clothes. Since I prefer to cook while on vacation, I was pleased to find a well equipped kitchen that had everything I needed to prepare meals as well as snacks. The updated bathrooms were lovely and the water was always warm for showers. We especially loved sinking our toes into the fluffy new carpet located in the living room as well as bedrooms. As far as the area, there was a renovated Publix that just opened it\'s doors just a few blocks away along with a CVS, gas stations, WalMart, Aldi, and many places to eat. The beach was just a 75 cent ride over the Sunshine Skyway, which can be seen from the pool and beach. The residents were friendly and made me feel welcome in the community. Tim and Kristie were great hosts, and went out of their way several times to make sure our trip was enjoyable. Tim brought us a cooler, and a nice new gas grill along with the proper tools in order to use it. He also made sure some of our family visitors had a place to park their vehicle when they arrived from Georgia for the Thanksgiving holiday. I would highly recommend staying in one of Tim\'s units at Bermuda Bay. You won\'t be disappointed!

Great location! Beautiful!


We had a great vacation at this property! Tim was very accomodating and nice, even dropped off a cooler and beach chairs for us to use! The beach is beautiful and full of wild life! We saw dolphins more than once and manatees, had a crane walking by us at the pool. I really enjoyed the layout of this apartment, nice and open! The kitchen had everything we needed. We entertained a few times and it was nice to be able to cook and talk to our guests.... And cook and watch the kids!!! The pool is literally right across from the apartment and the laundry was right behind us which made it no hassle at all to get done. Your close to all the attractions of Tampa, the wonderful st. Petes beaches and just an hour and a half from Orlando if your interested in visiting the parks there we had more then one day in Orlando and it wasn\'t a bad drive at all. We had such a good time and enjoyed the apartment so much my kids want to move there! I recommend this location to anyone interested. Thanks Tim!
