The fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite countertops and a big breakfast bar is a pleasure to cook in for your family. The refrigerator/freezer has a built in ice-maker for your cocktails. There is a microwave oven and all the cooking utensils and appliances. A BBQ has it’s own little niche off the kitchen. A wrap-around upstairs deck and a screened-in porch just off the dining room gives plenty of space for everyone to gather.
Each bedroom is tastefully furnished. The master bedroom with an ensuite bath, a walk-in shower, King size bed, spacious closet and cable TV. Sliding doors open onto a screened deck with views of the canals to the north and west. This deck features nice comfy lounging patio chairs.
The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and spacious closets. The views from these bedroom windows are fantastic for the Sunset. The second bathroom has a full size bathtub and an attached laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 
Bring your boat! Boat dockage is just out back with a short ride to the open water. The large concrete dock with a boat lift and a step-down offers a fish cleaning table with running water. Deep and wide canals with access to Pine Channel. Boating is what the Florida Keys is all about. Don't miss this opportunity. You can also rent a boat locally from many marinas nearby.
An outdoor shower is downstairs with a sitting area with a mural as a backdrop looking out over the channel to the north.

Big Pine has a local grocery, many shops, restaurants, tiki bars with live entertainment, bait and tackle stores, charter boats, and the Big Pine Flea Market that is open on the weekends, excluding August and September.
 
Only a short 30 minute ride away, be sure to visit the delightful town of Key West. Park your vehicle and take a walk on Duval Street to see the many attractions, shops, art galleries, restaurants, and more. Feed the huge tarpon at the docks. Downtown Key West offers pedi-cab rides, bike, scooter, and golf cart rentals for viewing all the sites.
