The expansive yard is perfect for a BBQ with friends and family and has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida outdoors.
 
Outside your backdoor you will find a lush yard with brand new salt water pool and spa. The pool can be heated at an additional cost and the hot tub is heated free of charge. The crystal clear water and wonderful seating will keep you and your family having a ball, either at the house, on the town or at the beach!
 
The home sleeps 8, and comes equipped with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sized inflatable. There are flat screen TV's in both the Living Room and Master bedroom. The home also features central air, washer and dryer, cable and Netflix TV. It's easy to have a day at the beach, as Marlow House is just a mile away and beach chairs, a cooler and beach umbrella are all provided.
 
All of this, just steps away from tasty restaurants, great shopping and the fun nightlife of Atlantic Avenue and Pineapple Grove.

The marlow home was beautiful clean and comfy my family and I had a great time ut had everything you can think of we will def be staying here again thank you kate and vacation living for making our stay wonderful .

Wonderful vacation home


The home and indoor/outdoor living spaces were both excellent! Had a great time enjoying the pool with 2 kids - ages 8 and 11! Kitchen is well stocked and the home is well curated. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Delray!

Lovely as usual with a Vacation Living property. I’ve stayed at several of their properties over the years and they never let me down. Properties are beautiful and IF there is an issue, which there hardly ever is, they address it immediately. Loved the house and the management team!
