I purchase this home in Punta Gorda for Many reasons. Location, Location Location PGI is a wonderful town which offers a lot of activities to do and events to see it also is close to many florida destinations by car within a couple hour drive

What makes this House unique

The homes setting is fabulous sitting on a salt water canal with a private dock gives every one a pleasant view of the neighbor hood. Having Lunch on the back patio one can watch as boats drive by or fish swimming by including a dolphin or two. Theres the heated inground enclosed swimingpool available or the hottub to soak yourself in Next to the pool try having a Barbeque on the jenair range or just relax watching one of the four flat screen TVs for starters

Very satisfied! Great vacation!


My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay in Punta Gorda. The house was very clean and decorated very nice. A great location. The bikes and the fishing poles were a great extra. Working with the owner Jeff, was very satisfying. The pool was great. We will defiantly rent this property again when we stay in the area. Thank you

The perfect get-a-way vacation property!


We LOVED our stay! Great location, the pictures do not do it justice! Has everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation. Loved Fisherman\'s Village and all of the great restaurants in the area. Jeff, the owner, is always very prompt in getting back to you if you have a question. Going back next February and hope to rent it every February! Awesome Home!!!

We were there on business, wish we had more time to enjoy everything! Punta Gorda is a quaint town with great restaurants and shops. The house is in a quiet part of town, yet very accessible to almost anything. We will be back!
