Amazing property in the best location! Right by town, all restaurants and activities are walkable. The beach at Grace Bay is the best and this condo is perfect for enjoying it. Condo is very clean and all of the staff are helpful! Would love to stay here again!
We stayed here for the first half of our week at Grace Bay. The unit looked just like the photos. The location was great with restaurants in walking distance. What made this location better than our second is the beach was far wider and far less crowded. This was ultimate seclusion without the crowds of the resorts. There was a bar at the pool which was nice for getting.drinks fancier than you can make in your room.

The place was spacious and clean. Everything was provided for. Loved the fantastic view. The pictures on HomeAway didnt do justice. We loved the seclusion of this place. Most of the time our family was the only ones in the ocean. Things that can be improved is a sit down restaurant in the resort at least for lunch. Lunch was delivered to the beach but after 5 days it got old. The wifi was good but not in the rooms. We would stay here again, especially when the Ritz next door is up and running (for more convenient dining).
I will not be able to say enough good things about our stay at the Margarita suite in Villa renaissance but I will try. To start the room is just as lovely as it looks in all the pictures. Its clean spacious and in immaculate condition. The view from the balcony is to die for. We sat at out there every morning and enjoyed our coffee and every evening and enjoyed our wine. They leave you tons of amenities including coffee maker a nespresso machine and any plates glasses or utensils you may need. I LOVE the fact that they had a beach wagon and cooler for you to carry your stuff from room to beach or pool. That was a huge plus with my 7 month old. The beds were super comfy and the hotel staff was nice enough to have a high chair and pack and play set up in the room for my son. Besides the room and your stay there being perfect the hotel itself is gorgeous! The grounds are SO clean and well maintained and the location of the hotel is PERFECT. It is walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars and stores including the grocery store. Everything about my stay was truly lovely and I cant wait to return to turks I will absolutely stay at the margarita suite when I do. thank you for a perfect trip!
Just landed from our recent stay in Villa Margarita (unit 202). It was perfect! The unit looks exactly as pictured. Very spacious and modern with updated appliances and amenities. The balcony had comfortable furniture and the most beautiful views of Grace Bay beach. Hearing the waves right in our unit was the best part. The bedrooms and bathrooms had ample room with basic amenities provided. Also, the lock code keypad for the room was easy and convenient. We never had to worry about forgetting keys and our boys were able to access the room when needed. The kitchen had every appliance you may need and plenty of cookware, cutlery and glassware for everybody. No detail was overlooked in this suite. Our boys are already begging us to go back to the villa Renaissance and stay in villa margarita again. Booking, check-in, and check-out were a breeze and Allied Management was extremely responsive and professional to all our questions. Above all the staff make it a place where you feel comfortable and right at home. Thank you Margarita for our wonderful and restful spring break!
We had a great experience. The size of the Villa Renaissance property to guest ratio was much better than other of the larger resorts that we visited for dinner. The suite was nicely equipped for all of our needs. The owner and the staff on the property were very accommodating. The grounds and the building were maintained meticulously.
Suite Margarita at Villa Renaissance is exactly as pictured on the website. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans and plates and glasses. The air conditioning worked great. Beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the lighted makeup mirrors in the bathrooms. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Villa Renaissance itself is a smaller complex with a fantastic location close to lots of restaurants and stores. Towels were always available at the front desk. The pool was usually empty all morning and then had a few guests in the afternoons. The beachfront chairs and umbrellas were usually available, only rarely completely full. The beach area felt really uncrowded, even though it was Spring Break. The owner, Margarita, is super helpful and friendly and reached out to us with lots of information before our trip. We would be happy to vacation here again!
I\'m usually very skeptical of 5 star reviews but in this case it is very well deserved. The unit itself is wonderful, nicely furnished, the kitchen has everything you need, and the balcony on the beach overlooking the ocean is in a word fantastic.The photos on line accurately depict the condition of this condo. The property is special as well, wonderful beach area with chairs, loungers, umbrellas, and plenty of towels available and it\'s only steps away from your door. If you tire of the beach, the pool area is similarly equipped and protected from the trade winds. The staff couldn\'t be more helpful, Corelle who man\'s the front desk is more than happy to make recommendations for dining and activities, secure reservations, and call for taxis. The property is very well maintained and nicely landscaped. The location is also superb.You\'re right in the middle of Grace Bay Beach,which affords you magnificent beach walks in either direction. On the other side of the property there are multiple shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.Everything from fine dining to breakfast spots. Also just a short walk away is a small grocery store so you can make breakfast or lunch in the nicely equipped kitchen and get back to the beach quickly. Margarita, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She is very accommodating and provided us with a long list of the amenities in the unit, tips on travel in Caicos, activities and restaurants to enjoy. This was our second visit to Turks and Caicos. We plan to make it an annual vacation at Suite Margarita 202 Villa Renaissance.
Suite Margarita is everything it is advertised. The pictures just don\'t do it justice. The view is amazing. The suite is well appointed, clean, and the resort itself is lovely. The beach is not crowded due to the low number of units so we always had a chair and umbrella on the beach at the resort. The floatie water toys were also a nice bonus for just floating on the gorgeous water. The beach is beautiful and we walked morning and evening every day. There is nothing I would have changed or wish were different. Don\'t miss this amazing suite. The close proximity to a high end grocery and lots of great shopping only heightened our high esteem of this location. Enjoy!
This is a very nice property. It is well appointed-everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The location is perfect. We walked to shops and restaurants. And the beach is simply gorgeous. Nice pool although we spent all of our time at the beach. Would definitely recommend renting this property.
We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Suite Margarita at Villa Renaissance on Grace Bay and would highly recommend it. The condo had everything we could ask for and was very clean. The pool was never crowded and there were always plenty of towels. The owners and management staff are very helpful both before and during our stay. The front desk manager Correlle was very helpful in every way from getting us taxis to making dinner reservations. Reeko was our beach attendant and always gave us helpful hints on things to do and see as well as setting up our chairs and umbrellas. Grace Baupy beach is beautiful and staying in suite Margarita at Villa Renaissance put us in the middle of everything so we didnt need a car and only took a taxi to dinner a few times, so many great restaurants are in walking distance including Bella Luna, Vix, Lupo, and Danny Bouys. Our favorite restaurant Coco Bistro was a short taxi ride. We couldnt imagine a better place to stay and have already booked Suite Margarita at Villa Renaissance for our vacation in 2019. If you are looking for perfect weather, a beautiful place to stay right on Grace Bay Beach - this is it!!
Cannot say enough about the Villa, just as pictured and more. The on site staff is great, Rico is our favorite, easy access to the beach with plenty of lounge chairs and beach toys to use. The tennis court is in great shape and we used it every day, it would be a good idea to bring your own equipment as we did. Now I also have to purchase a Nespresso machine when we arrive home, what a great little machine!! We purchased pods on amazon prior to coming but if your forget they do sell them at the grocery store. The housekeeping service is excellent and the villa is in top notch shape, I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in TCI
We had a great time! Condo is exactly as pictured. The nespresso machine was a treat. I ordered pods and brought them with me. Everyone on the island is warm and friendly. Its a prime location. We did end up renting a car the last 2 days. Cabs for a family of 5 gets very expensivecharged per person. We drove to different reefs on our own, great snorkeling. Came close to adopting a dog from Potcakes. Would def go back.
Our stay at Suite Margarita was as advertised, and maybe better! Villa Renaissance provides a great environment for relaxation and the staff is very helpful. The nice location on the beach, and proximity to restaurants and shopping made a car unnecessary. We hope to return!

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowds with a great beach then this is it. We maybe saw a dozen other people at the resort the 5 days we were there. Suite and Staff was all great and Stephen(sp?) helped several times including having my sandals I left on a snorkel trip boat delivered right to front desk the next day. I would say 4.5 stars overall because a swim up bar or restaurant would make it 5 stars but this is more for the DIYr who is happy to go to store and save money on making their own food and drinks. If you want more of a resort/party atmosphere there are some other places for that.
This place was spectacular!!! Everything was just perfect. When we were in the condo, we spent most of our time on the awesome balconywe never even turned on the tv in the den! All of the staff were wonderful, though we really didnt have any concerns. The unit is equipped with everything you might need from tennis rackets to a cooler. The location is great too...only steps from the beach and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.
Could not have imagined a better experience. The unit is perfect, the service is perfect and the location is truly unbeatable. Minutes from shops, bars and restaurants. The owner is an amazing host and the property management company is first class from the moment you arrive. Dont look any further - book this unit.

We loved the view and accommodations at Suite Margarita. We will be back soon! The location is perfect, no need for a car as you can walk to restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. This staff were very helpful and friendly. Corell Williams in the reception area was very friendly and helpful - we were always greeted by name. He went out of his way to help us order a very special birthday cake. The pool and beach were never crowded, it was like we had a private beach. So very nice to not have to get up early to get chairs at the pool or beach. We hope to return soon and we will stay at the Villa Renaissance, Suite 202. Thank you for an amazing vacation.
This was a world class resort and as well accommodations. I\'m a world traveler, I\'ve stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. The Villa Renaissance room 202 was a dream stay and vacation. My first ever booking done with VRBO. Originally I booked The Palms, I than looked around and saw this unit. I called the owner, Margarita on a Sunday to ask many questions. She answered each one, offered more information and was the true reason I made the change to stay in her unit. I felt a connection to a person who owned the room and I sensed her pride. The room was perfect, from the large ocean view balcony (like a post card), to a perfect size living room, dining area and kitchen to an oversized master bedroom everything was just perfect. The second bedroom had a king bed. We were going with friends who had to cancel so the second bedroom and bathroom filled in to get ready to go out quicker. The master bathroom had a great tub and shower combo and was very large. The addition of a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The beach sand is fine, it gets everywhere, we washed our clothes to rid them of sand and I know in a hotel that would have been a very pricey addition. The Villa was around 1,650 square feet, had our guest joined us we still had privacy. Actually I think 5-6 people being family or friends would be a great time. The Villa also has a great pool and staff. The only thing we did not enjoy was the bar, honestly tyey can do without and maybe add a small food and drink section for purchase to save a walk to the main store. We were in the middle of it all, the location is perfect, the beach quite and to yourself. We went during \"quite time\" and had lots of privacy. When we wanted to be around others we were within minutes. The shopping and great restaurants can are right by you. We walked everywhere, did not need a car, used a car service twice, and rode the bikes they have for guests. We did not use the spa or tennis court. What also stuck out was that people staying at the Villas were all repeats. We were the only first time folks, and we will be back. It\'s a safe awesome place. The halls have cameras and we always felt safe. The maid service daily fixed the bed, left clean towels, and was never seen, to me a great thing to leave and come back to a refreshed suite. This world traveler, also a known chef, rates this 5 stars. Mel and Bev lastly took care in suggesting things to do and places to eat before we arrived and during stay. Thank you Again.
Really enjoyed our time. The Suite was terrific and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Great information provided by the property owner before our arrival. Villa Renaissance was beautiful and the staff very helpful, especially Mel, who was there to greet us when we arrived and made sure we were well taken care of. Fabulous beach and relaxing vacation.
We loved our stay at Suite Margarita. It was perfect for our family of 4. Magnificent view. The unit is well maintained. We didn\'t have any problems. The location was so convenient for the beach and there are dozens of restaurant choices within easy walking distance. The grocery store is a short walk away and we were able to stock up on food/beverages for the week. The facilities are excellent and the staff is top notch. Margarita and Mel answered all our questions before our trip. Check-in was easy. Daniel will take care of everything you need at the beach or pool. We had a memorable time. Definitely recommend this location for all. Hopefully we can make it back some day. Cheers.
Just wrapped up a week-long stay at Suite Margarita. We are a family of four, with kids ages 8 & 10. Suite Margarita turned out to be perfect for us. The suite was very well kept and had everything we needed. The owner (Margo) and property manager were great with communications and the check-in process was a breeze. Villa Renaissance was also a homerun in terms of size (smaller resort), beach/pool area, and location on Grace Bay. We would definitely stay here again.
Suite Margarita was a great place to rent. We have been to a lot of places in Provo. The Regent Grand, Palms, Seven Stars, Grace Bay Club and many more. What is nice here is it is much smaller about 35 Suites. You do not have all the people at the beach and pool. When you arrive Novi and Corel are at the Front Desk. They will get Mel for you who acts as your concierge and is great. Steve is at the Bar and Steve Flowers is the General Manager who you will see always walking around. The cleaning lady is Beverly who is great. If you are not ready when she comes she will come back with no complaints. And then there is DANIEL who is at the beach if you do not know him you will and he is the best. Will be Back, Mr. P
We stayed for a week with our 3 children. Villa Renaissance has everything you can want in a Turks vacation. Well appointed kitchen, amazing views, helpful friendly staff, great pool, beach chairs. Its location cannot be beat as it is close enough to everything but so much less crowded than neighboring resorts.
We had a great time and loved the location being so close to the grocery and shopping. The staff was great and the beach was very nice. The property itself was very clean and I recommend having dinner on the veranda at night. Would stay there again for sure.
This was our first stay at Suite Margarita, but I can tell you it certainly won\'t be our last! This was actually our third stay at VR (4th time in TCI), yet Margarita made this particular stay the best-we cannot wait to go back to Suite Margarita! Her attention to detail leading up to our stay, and the accommodation of the VR staff and Mel, truly made this a relaxing, homey, beautiful vacation for us all. A few of my favorite highlights of Suite Margarita are the gorgeous views, doors that open up to the balcony, beach, pool, proximity to Salt Mills, cleanliness, quaint atmosphere, and essentials like coffee, daily housekeeping, etc. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home! My wife, 10 month old daughter & parents stayed at Suite Margarita last week. Upon booking, both the owner (Margarita) and property manager (Mel) reached out & provided great detail about the property. They assisted us with any questions & provided us brief updates leading up to our stay. Mel even set-up a taxi service to have a car seat upon arrival (Clayton from 3 C\'s taxi - was excellent). Before we arrived, Margarita, emailed an excellent welcome package with island details & more specific information about her suite. This information was excellent & would be a great reference guide to first time visitors. Upon arrival, Mel greeted us & showed us to our room, extremely easy process. The suite was beautiful, second floor, beach front property that was well appointed. If you have never been to the Turks, most of the properties are condo style will full kitchens, living rooms, washer/dryer, etc. Her suite had everything you could possibly need to cook bfast, lunch or dinner in your room. Villa Renaissance does not have an on site restaurant, but to be honest it is not needed. A dozen plus restaurants are within in a 2 to 10 minute walk on the beach or through the regent village/salt mills. All excellent. The grocery store, which is more like a whole foods or wegmans is less than a 10 minute walk to stock the suite. She has a cooler to pack items for the beach as wells as tennis rackets for the courts. Another great feature in my mind is a pass code system to access the suite. No keys that can be lost! Margarita suite has everything you could possible need while visiting Grace Bay! We will definitely return in the near future.
We enjoyed a week at Villa Renaissance in Suite Margarita. Villa Renaissance is perfectly located in Grace Bay within easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The property is on a beautiful section of beach that was much quieter than what we saw in other locations. The pool area and beachfronts were well maintained and staffed each day. The condo was extremely clean and well equipped with anything and more than we needed for the week. Staff at check-in and during our stay were very friendly and helpful. Margarita provided prompt replies to all inquiries and a very helpful list of restaurant recommendations, shopping suggestions, and activity vendors. The daily maid service was a nice benefit and something we aren\'t accustomed to with past rental experiences. We are anxious to return to the island and look forward to enjoying Suite Margarita once again.
Our vacation was perfect, starting with the quick response and detailed information that was emailed to us by the owner prior to our departure. We were thrilled upon arrival. The villa is located in a beautiful complex on a quiet section of Grace Bay. In fact, having walked the beach several times, we decided it was the best spot on the beach. The villa itself is lovely, spacious, very well equipped and maintained. The picture depicted from the open porch is what you wake up to every day. Villa Renaissance also has a great pool, a spa, tennis court and is a two minute walk to any number of restaurants and shops. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful throughout our stay. Our college kids actually said it was the best vacation they have ever had. We plan on returning and, if available, will definitely rent the same villa.
This our third stay at the lovely Suite Margarita in Villa Renaissance and each time we loved it more than the time before. This immaculately clean villa is beautifully positioned overlooking the ocean and spectacular Grace Bay Beach. It has every amenity one could ask for.. A few steps walk to the ocean and the pool.. with linen service, well stocked kitchen as far as appliances, crockery and silverware. The grocery store is within walking distance and there is even a collapsible grocery cart in the suite for toting your purchases. The owner Margarita is the most helpful and nicest with regard to information, getting around the island, restaurant suggestions etc. and the management on site was very efficient and courteous at all times.. This splendid villa rates five stars in our book. I\'d give it 6 stars if I could.
We just got back from a week-long vacation in Suite Margarita. It wasnt our first trip to Providenciales but our first stay at Villa Renaissance. We were very happy with the choice we made. The suite was on a pricier end than we normally book but it was worth every extra dollar. Villa Renaissance has a perfect location close to central shopping and dining. Very convenient to walk to the restaurants in the evenings. Provo is getting busier and busier every year. The good thing about Villa Renaissance that it is located on a less busier stretch of Grace Bay. The suit is very specious and very well furnished. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The view from the main balcony is to die for. We spent many nights on the patio watching the sunset and listening to the waves. And nothing can beat a fresh cup of coffee in the morning with the 180 view of Grace Bay! The daily cleaning service was immaculate and they always managed to clean the rooms when we were out. Never saw a cleaning lady within 7 days. I would definitely consider staying at this property again!
This property is outstanding. Lovely grounds have a true resort feel. The unit is fantastic with nice furniture, modern appliances, and is immaculately maintained. My family of four had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The included daily maid service was a real plus. The property management team is on-site and Mel was welcoming and very helpful (and was quick to respond to email questions). The concierge desk was also very useful in helping to arrange airport transportation and make recommendations on activities. The location is ideal - outstanding Grace Bay Beach with restaurants, shops, and food store all in easy walking distance (no need for a car). The owner was very responsive. As with any rental, one always hopes for the best but there is some uncertainty until you arrive. With Suite Margarita you will not be disappointed! Truly an exceptional unit and property run by highly professional people.

recently returned from staying at suite margarita in Turks and Caicos. Absolutely incredible place to stay. Steps from the most phenomenal beach in the world. The view from the balcony is worth a million bucks. Full living / dinning area and kitchenette. Suite margarita was well equipped with everything you needed to make your stay extremely enjoyable including tennis rackets and balls, shopping cart with wheels to pick things up from grocery store, plates/dishes, TV with many channels, DVD to watch a movie at night, great WIFI connection, beach basket, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. Conceirge at villa renaissance was extremely helpful booking restaurants, making recommendations, booking affordable taxi cabs, and giving specific details about things to do at the island. A graco pack and play playpen and high chair for my baby was also provided at no additional cost. I would recommend this unit to anybody wanting to stay at Turks and Caicos.

The beach front property and pool were beautiful and ideally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. The suite was great, especially the sliding wall of windows that opened up the balcony to the condo. The ocean views from the balcony were wonderful! The furniture and beds were comfortable and the suite had everything we needed. We had great weather and thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent beach. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and provided us with much useful information and recommendations. We would be pleased to rent Suite Margarita again and to recommend it to friends.
This was our third trip to Turks & Caicos and our second stay at Suite Margarita, Villa Renaissance. As before the condo is well equipped, lovely and comfortable. Mel & her Allied Management staff went above and beyond in maintaining the condo and assisting us with every need. Having an elevator is a big plus. The facilities and staff at Villa Renaissance are Outstanding. The beach and ocean are absolutely beautiful. As before we did not need to rent a car as the grocery, shopping and good restaurants are a short walk away. The Caicos Cafe is pricy but still our favorite restaurant. We look forward to a return trip soonest.
Our three week stay in Suite Margarita at Villa Renaissance exceeded our expectations. We went to Turks and Caicos on a house hunting trip for a winter vacation home. After looking at different condos in other buildings in Grace Bay we couldn\'t find anything that meet our needs like Villa Renaissance so as a result we purchased a condo there. Our contact with Margo (the owner) and the support from the management company was first class and any issue or information that we needed was readily available from Margo, the property manager Nicola or the on-site manager Mel. The beach is spectacular. Within a five minute walk there are several restaurants with varying cuisines from hamburgers to Indian to French cuisine. There is a well equipped gym on the property and, nearby, a full service gym which has daily, weekly or monthly rates for visitors. The grocery store is only a ten minute walk away. Everything being said, it was culmination of all these experiences that helped us come to the decision to buy a vacation property here. We highly recommend Suite Margarita and everything it has to offer.
Our family of four spent the week of Christmas in Suite Margarita! What a magical vacation!! The ocean front suite is beautiful with a wonderful layout and gorgeous views of the pristine water!!Villa Renaissance location is the most perfect location on Grace Bay-it\'s within walking distance of everything!! The staff (Nicola,Mel&Ernest)could not have been more helpful! They took care of everything we wanted or needed including all our dinner reservations! Prior to the trip Margo(the owner) provided us with all the pertinent information we needed regarding restaurants, groceries and activities! The diving was spectacular & Dive Provo is a top notch outfit! We highly recommend Suite Margarita for a fabulous vacation! We can\'t wait to go back !!
My husband and I stayed in Suite Margarita for a week in May. This was our third May visit in a row (Previously at Veranda and then Cottage Suite @ Point Grace). The Villa Renaissance location is definitely the BEST location. We walked to dinner all but one night. The suite is very beautiful and a great layout. Ocean front balcony for morning coffee and evening sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Allied Management was very helpful and housekeeping daily was top notch. The owner Margo provides all of the info you need to get around the island regarding restaurants, grocery ( shopping cart provided), spa services and water activities. The best endorsement I can give is that we have already booked Suite Margarita for May 2015!!
Wonderful 2 bedroom Ocean view condo. Quiet, peaceful setting within walking distance to shopping, and restaurants. Condo had everything you needed and the management staff was there waiting for our arrival. A very special place. We can\'t wait to go back.
We did a lot of research on TripAdvisor on where to stay in the Turks & Caicos, settled on Grace Bay Beach, but where? So many resorts, and many with good reviews. We then checked VRBO and was convinced that the Margarita Suite Villa at Villa Renaissance was the best -- and we were absolutely right! The spacious, beautiful condo with patio facing the ocean can\'t be beat. The location is perfect, 1/2 way down the beach and walking distance to everything -- restaurants, shops, gourmet grocery. We learned that by booking directly with the owner we\'d save some money, and in Provo, that\'s hard to do! Plus, we still had daily maid service and our own concierge to help us with restaurant reservations, snorkeling and any questions. Although the location is quiet and is a \"boutique\" resort (small, no restaurant on site, etc.), it\'s not just for couples. Lots of families stay here -- 3 generations with young kids. Still, hands down, this is the place to stay!
Suite Margarita exceeded our expectations upon our arrival March 2nd!! It was extremely clean and well furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Margarita, the owner, provided us with great information describing the Suite amenities, local restaurants and activities. We opted for the daily maid service which worked out well. Villa Renaissance is centrally located near the Salt Mills Plaza and is a short walk to the grocery and a super bakery. The beach is super and has the softest sand of any we have seen in the Caribbean. About half of the 28 condos and 4 pool side cottages (including Suite Margarita) are rentals by owner managed by Mel who was most helpful. The Villa Renaissance Resort manages the other condos but everyone shares the pool, beach and bar seamlessly. Their staff is super - especially Bentley, the pool side bar tender, who also handles drink and food service on the beach. The island is expensive expect to pay double of state side prices for groceries. Most beer is $15 a six pack. There are several great restaurants and a wonderful bakery close by - meal prices are Boston/New York range. We did not need to rent a car. To go beyond walking distance we recommend Unique Taxi run by a young couple who bent over backwards to provide great service. We first used them during our trip to Turks last year and again this year. We were not disappointed. Suggest contacting them prior to arrival to meet you at the airport. Otherwise you will get shoved into a van with 6 other people if you just walk out of the terminal for transportation. The airport is small sort of 3rd world and does not have jet ways. You deplane down steep stairs which they pull up to each plane. Departure is crowded 3 or 4 flights leaving at nearly the same time from an area the size of a normal gate at Miami. However, the airport is in the midst of a major expansion and hopefully will offer a much more pleasant experience by the end of 2014. Highly recommend Suite Margarita and the Villa Renaissance for a great laid back vacation we hope to return next year.

Sorry margarita this took me so long to write the review. this place lives up to all the reviews you read. What made it special for us was the staff. They truly make this place beautiful. The suite itself is just perfect, even for the money. The compound is very small and romantic compared to some of the other huge buildings you will see while walking the beach. You will also notice that this place is maintained better than most other places that are beach side. There were families and couples both. The beach in front is never crowded, and the guys will set up chairs for you if there aren\'t any available. They take great care of you. Anything you want, they take care of you. You cant go wrong by staying here. Just go.
We absolutely loved Suite Margarita! The entire property is immaculate and the staff are wonderful. I would recommend this property to all.
Just returned from 5 days at Suite Margarita and it exceeded all expectations! My wife and I had our adult daughters (in their 20\'s) in tow and they are already lobbying to make this an annual stay. The villa is in a beautiful, top quality property located very near great dining and shopping. There is a very nice grocery store that you can walk or ride bikes (provided by the owner) to as well. Villa Renaissance is a fairly new property (maybe 10yrs old), and is VERY well maintained. It\'s the perfect size; large enough to have great amenities, but we felt as though we had the place almost to ourselves. I would not say that it is a place specifically catering to little kids, though there were some very happy kids enjoying the beach and pool with their families. Many of the folks we met were owners at Villa Renaissance enjoying a respite from the cold and snow in the US and Canada . The staff was wonderful in helping set up umbrellas and chairs on the beach and taking care of food and drink orders poolside. Margo the owner adds her personal touch by providing great local information via email before you arrive, and nice touches such as bicycles and tennis racquets as well as a cellphone for local use. (you just pick it up and buzz Mel, your local host, to book reservations, get recommendations etc.) Suite Margarita is quite tastefully decorated and boasts large flat screen tv\'s, though we hardly turned them on as we were busy enjoying the island. My family and I love our vacations and we have had many memorable ones. Our stay last week ranks at the top in our book and we are already planning a return visit to Suite Margarita for next year!
Family with children 16 & 11 arrived and immediately greeted by Mel. She signed us in and took us to our room. As we arrived the children both said WOW Mommy this is awesome. The pictures are exactly as presented on the website. Two bedrooms were both spacious with the 2nd bedroom having twin beds. Master bathroom very nice with plenty of room. The suite was stocked better than any other unit we have ever stayed in. Included were tennis rackets, cooler for the beach, hair dryer, laundry detergent, coffee, and dish soap. We felt right at home. The beach is absolutely wonderful. We spent many mornings and evenings walking. We did not rent a car and did not need one. We walked to all the restaurants except one night when we took a cab to the marina. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great value as the food and drinks are expensive on the island. The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed the fact it is located behind the complex. One day on the beach the wind was really strong and it felt nice to be able to lay by the pool and still enjoy the sun. Everyone on staff at Villa Renaissance was very nice and helpful.
We have visited Providenciales some 10 times over the past 15 years but this was the best yet !!! Suite Margarita and Villa Renaissance made the difference - it\'s right on the best beach on the planet, it\'s stylish, sooo comfortable and really well equipped. The pool is lovely, the location is very convenient for restaurants and shops and the staff are very friendly - especially Mel who always was so helpful and kind. And you can even take a romantic moonlight walk along the beach to dine at great places such as Grace Bay Club or Hemingways. There\'s no doubt this is paradise - check it out and you\'ll agree, that\'s a promise. We\'re going back again next year - we just can\'t wait !!!
My wife, our adult daughter and I had a wonderful week at Suite Margarita. The condo was lovely and just perfect for our needs. The interior decor and the view of the beach were even better than the pictures. Mel and the housekeeping staff were great, we loved the convenience of having shops, restaurants and grocery store so nearby, and the amazing Grace Bay Beach and water were spectacular. At times, it seemed like we had the beach practically to ourselves. The owner, Margarita, was a delight to deal with and provided lots of helpful information about restaurants and activities on the island. This is now our new favorite beach vacation place, and we hope to return soon.
My wife and I, my father and our daughter just returned from a great weeks vacation on Provo. It exceeded our expectations. This was our 1st visit to TCI and we had a fabulous time. The Suite Margarita unit was very clean and extremely well maintained. The pictures do not do the unit & location justice. The Villa Renaissance complex is equally well maintained - the grounds, common areas, pool, and beach. The onsite management team was very attentive and was always available to help in any way. Mr. Bentley provided outstanding service with his assortment of afternoon frozen cocktails and various recommendations. The location of the Villa Renaissance is perfect for those not wishing to rent a car. We didnt and managed with no issues - walking to a number of the local shops & restaurants. The grocery store came in very handy, just a short walk from the complex. It was a pleasure booking our accommodations directly with the owner. We appreciate all of the additional information Margarita provided, it came in very handy as we sampled a number of the restaurants recommended and enjoyed some of the local excursions. The beaches were magnificent, with white, powdery sand and turquoise waters. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to our friends. We hope to return soon!
My wife and I spent a week in May at Suite Margarita in Provo and it was beyond our expectations. Being a travel agent we have traveled around the world and this was the best Suite we have stayed at. Everything you need is right there and if you don\'t want to go out and eat you can cook a meal and eat on the balcony and watch the sunrise or sunset which is awesome. Nicola, Mel and Bentley take care of any of your needs and do such a great job. If you go to Provo ( and you should ) Suite Margarita is the place to stay at Villa Renaissance, which has a great beach wonderful grounds as well as being a quite, relaxing vacation. We totally enjoyed our trip and Suite Margarita made it extra special.
This place far exceeded our expectations! This was our 6th trip to the island and first time to stay at the Suite Margarita. The location was wonderful, the view was spectacular and it was VERY quiet. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
Suite Margarita was the perfect place to celebrate my husband\'s 50th birthday. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. The view is magnificent and the water is much closer than it appears in the pictures. The view through the palm trees to see the miles of white sand and beautiful turquoise water is simply breath taking. The set up of the condo sliding doors retracting into the walls was a brilliant idea. When the doors are open, the family room and patio are one huge living space. We had the doors completely open during the day and the breeze, sounds of the ocean and smells made it feel like we were sitting on the beach. The location of the condo was perfect too. You are close to many restaurants and shopping. We had no need for a car the entire week we were there. We walked or rode the provided bikes most places and took a taxi, for a very reasonable fee, to the further destinations. We took a 1/2 day snorkeling excursion and the boat dropped us off right in front of the condo. Mel was a wonderful resource. She set us up with our dinner reservations and was available for any questions or needs that arouse during our trip. The facilities and staff at Villa Renaissance are wonderful. The complex looks brand new and was very well groomed. The pool was beautiful and was so refreshing in the afternoon after a day at the beach. Bentley and Ev were available for all of our food/cocktail needs and Ev got us all set up at the beach with umbrellas and chairs everyday. I just can\'t say enough about our experience. We loved the condo, the complex, the area and the beautiful white powder like sand so much that we are already thinking about when we will be able to go back. The only thing I would do different next time....I would stay longer!
We\'ve rented homes around the world on several occasions now. This particular property and location on Grace Bay exceeded our expectations. Our family of four (my wife and two small girls 7 and 10 yrs old) flew into the Providenciales airport and took a quick drive to Villa Renaissance via private cab. The villa was perfectly situated on one of the most beautiful beaches we\'ve seen in the Caribbean. The villa layout was really nice, and opening up the sliding glass doors that looked out over the beach having family meals was better than anything we could have experienced from any restaurant on any island. That feature in particular paid for itself. We were also pleasantly surprised about the number of casual eating and shopping options as everything was fairly new and in walking distance. Several beachfront restaurants are in walking distance on the beach. We also liked the boutique feel of Villa Renaissance as we were told Spring Break was busy season, but there was not one day we had to fight for pool or beach chairs. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We went parasailing one day a new boat picked us up directly in front of hotel and dropped off afterwards - the views were incredible. After traveling to Turks and Caicos for the first time, I would suggest: 1) most of the nicer, more popular restaurants do require reservations 1-3 days in advance during the busy season, so plan to talk with someone and factor that in, and 2) eating in is a wonderful way to save money and enjoy the suite. The grocery store is in walking distance, has a good selection of fine Napa wines, liquor, fresh fruits and fish, and all other necessities. The hand cart provided was very helpful to bring goodies back to the suite.
While I must give Suite Margarita 5 stars (it really deserves even more) I almost hate too, as more families will want to stay there and we won\'t be able to return. My husband and I traveled with our two sons (college age) and the suite was the perfect size. It\'s beautifully appointed, immaculate and the perfect location. The view is exactly as you see in the picture; pure white sand and crystal clear water. We loved having breakfast on the porch with this view before heading out to the beach We never rented a car (although we might on a return visit just to explore the island a little more) but you don\'t need one as you can walk to the shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Everyone at Villa Renaissance is extremely accommodating as well. The only thing that could have made the vacation better was staying longer!
My wife and I, and our two sons (18 and 15) just returned from our March break getaway. This was our 1st visit to T&C. The unit was very clean and extremely well maintained. You would never know this unit was 10 years old, as it looks almost new. Going with a beach front unit was definitely worth the extra $. Also, we liked being higher than the ground level units as it just gave us that little extra privacy when on the balcony (which we were alot). I must say the photo Margo uses for the view out the balcony is no exageration, it is quite impressive, especially when the sliding door is fully open. The Villa Renaissance complex is equally well maintained - the grounds,common areas, pool. It is small enough that, although the place was full (being a March/Spring break week) it did not seem overly crowded or noisy, either on the beach or around the pool. The HAB Group staff looking after the place (Bentley, etc) were great, and the Allied Management folks ( Nicola,Mel) were also excellent. Our thanks go out to all of them. As others have stated, the location of the Villa Renaissance is perfect for those not wishing to rent a car. All of our shopping and eating were within walking distance, including Coco Bistro one way and Mango Reef the other way. We rented a vehicle on our last day only because we wanted to explore a bit before we went home. We took a drive down to the Chalk Sound area (lunch a Bugaloo\'s) and then checked out Turtle Cove/marina area. We walked the beach a long way both directions numerous times past many resorts and can honestly say we never saw a place where we said we wished we had stay there instead. We will definitely be back again some day.
