Welcome to bright and airy Cowabunga by the Sea, located on Harbor Island. This five bedroom, four-bath waterfront home comes replete with beach access, use of the community pool and fitness center, as well as stunning ocean views.  
 
The main level open floor plan is ideal for entertaining.  Prepare a gourmet feast for your guests in the well-appointed kitchen, which can be enjoyed at one of two dining tables; one which seats ten and the other with seating for six.  After dinner, guests can gather in the living room, which features a cathedral ceiling, plenty of windows from which to take in the ocean view and a flat screen TV.  The comfortable sofa can easily accommodate eight.   Should your guests like to take in the fresh sea air, the living room has French doors that provide access to the outdoor deck and screened-in porch, which also have additional seating. 
 
At the end of the day, guests have their choice of five bedrooms in which to retire for the night.  There are two twin bedrooms, each of which feature two twin beds.  One of the twin bedrooms also features an en-suite bathroom.  Two of the remaining bedrooms have a queen bed in each and the last is a king bed.  The first includes deck access, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.  One of the other queen bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a flat screen TV.
 
Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts and basketball court. Harbor Island does charge for car passes onto the island. This home offers 2 free passes when renting for 7 nights. Shorter stays do not include the cost of car passes which must be purchased in advance. Please contact our Xplore team to make these arrangements. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
