This is a 'Premium' rated condo (with lower than Prem prices) which incls designer influences and upscale amenities. Items such as granite counter tops, large flat screen HDTV's, stainless steel appliances, contemporary furnishings, New LVT wood floors (Dec 2017) , very comfortable beds and upscale decor will be in this condo.  This is unit 1012, on the 10th floor.  Sorry, no pets and the person checking in has to be 25 years or older.  !!!KIDS SPLASH PAD!!! IS A BIG HIT!  Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you'll need. Keyless Entry doors (no Keys).  Two New couches (Feb 2018).
 
Your kids are now able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray
 
Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
 
There are plenty of activities: In addition to the NEW Pirate Ship themed Splash Pad for kids, there is a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and a large outdoor beach side pool. Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf that is right above the large swimming pool.  Sleep on the large king bed in the master bedroom with a very comfortable memory foam topper listening to the ocean waves thru the bedroom balcony door. There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, another king bed with new foam top mattress in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room - sleeps 10 and perfect for two families, to share the cost.  Phoenix V is conveniently located next to many restaurants & grocery stores, two Wal-Marts and not far from the outlet malls, The Wharf (shopping, movie theaters, activities), The Hangout and Flora Bama!...

Wonderful stay


We enjoyed the property. Had a small issue with check-in. However, I emailed the owner and he immediately sorted everything out. Property was clean and kid friendly!
