Tranquil villa located at the base of Gross Piton, walking distance to Anse L'Ivrogne Beach and 10 minutes drive to Sugar Beach (aka Jalousie). Kaye Coco villa has a spacious living room with French doors, which open to the pool and deck.
 
The space
Kaye Coco villa is comprised of 2 side-by-side apartments. Each apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a second queen-size bed available in the loft. A deck with loungers framing the infinity pool and great views of the Caribbean Sea make this an ideal spot for sunbathing.
 
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment for themselves
 
Other things to note
Due to mountainous terrain, I recommend renting a car (4x4 recommended) or hire a driver. The villa is in a rural area, food supplies are limited. The closest grocery store is in Soufriere at about 15 min. driving. If landing in Vieux Fort, grocery stores are also available near the airport.

We recently spent an amazing vacation at Kaye Coco. The accommodation is a spacious and modern villa, with all the facilities to make our stay like home. The surroundings and the views to the ocean are spectacular; the property garden is a little spot of paradise, and it is well kept by the hard working personnel. All these can be enjoyed while on their private deck, or from the infinity pool. Their stuff is doing a great job by keeping all the facilities clean and functional, and to accommodate our needs. We specially thank our hosts for being kind and prompt with useful answers to our questions and requests for directions. The place has many activities to offer in close range: Local beach, serene with crystal-clear water, the Black Sand beach, the spectacular Sugar beach, the Pitons trail, the Diamond Botanical Garden, Mineral Hot Baths, boat trip featuring the Jade Mountain. We highly recommend this place, and will be glad to choose Kaye Coco again when we visit St Lucia in the future.

stay was exceptional!


From start to finish, our stay was exceptional! The house was simple, but the views & location we\'re exactly what we were looking for. Everyone we encountered was very nice and very helpful. The perfect launch-point for exploring the southern part of the island and the Soufriere area especially! The roads and driving are not for the faint of heart, but we managed just fine and even got pretty profient after only a couple days (* 4x4 was not necessary... just patient, smart driving). Gavin was awesome in providing local insight and spot-on with every recommendation. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

I would recommend this house!


The house is a fantastic set up for two friends that would appreciate their own bedroom space. The view is lovely and the infinity pool is a great treat. There is a gorgeous beach on the Caribbean Sea that was mostly empty when we were there within a 20 minute walk of the house. The only negatives are that the house is pretty un-equipped in the kitchen. The only supplies that are stocked are salt, pepper, and sugar. Other homes that I\'ve rented in the past come with more basics in the pantry. Also, you really should rent a four wheel drive vehicle as the road leading to the home is rough with a sedan. I would recommend this house!
