Description

A beautiful and very cozy 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. This charming home has close proximity to shopping, Spring training games, Golf and More! Many walking paths around the home and lake area. You can even walk to the Harkin's movie theaters as well as several restaurants.
 
Walking through the front door you will find the formal living room on the left with a beautiful bay window, two red leather arm chairs, matching sofa and and a coffee table. Just beyond the living room there is a formal dining area with seating for 6 guests. The kitchen has white on white appliances, a center island, as well as cabinets and drawers filled with all the items needed for cooking, dining and entertaining. There is a high top breakfast table with seating for 4 guests and lots of windows that fill the room with light.
 
The family room has a beautiful Southwestern Decor Motif with a rustic brown faux leather sofa set, wall mounted brass Steer,  60" flat screen HDTV, Bluray player, cable and iPod dock. There are Two sliding glass doors that lead out to the lakefront pool.
 
The backyard has a beautiful swimming pool, chaise loungers and a brand new gas grill. You can enjoy your time in the sun or kick back under the covered patio in the shade.  Enjoy a glass of wine while you grill up some steaks and watch the magnificent sunsets over the Superstition Mountains.
 
The Master bedroom has a a Southwest furniture suite with a King size Sealy Postuerpedic Plush Pillow Top mattress and a 32" flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player on top of the dresser. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard and an attached Master Bathroom. The master bathroom has a separate soaking tub, shower, double sink vanity and commode.
 
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress, nightstand,  a reading lamp and an alarm clock / radio with iPod compatible input. The room also has two dressers with a 22"flat screen TV . The room has a beautiful window to let in the sunshine and a sliding door closet with plenty of spare linens.
 
The 3rd guest bedroom has a day bed with a pull out which can convert to a Queen size bed for two , two under bed storage drawers and a dresser with a 29"flat screen TV. Bedside table has an alarm clock / radio with iPod input and a reading lamp. This room also has a desk with an inkjet printer just in case you need to print boarding passes or tend to a little business during your stay.
 
The hall bathroom has a walk-in tub / shower combo, commode and a single sink mirrored vanity. The home has an attached 2 car garage and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, water softener and reverse osmosis system. In addition the home has a secure WiFi network for all your internet needs.
