This is a second story apartment, high angled ceiling, 1/2 block walk from the Ocean Park beach on the Park Boulevard area of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Tower Garden just added for your enjoyment of Organic eating. The beach is right behind the house, Is one of the most known beaches for wind or paddle surfers, snorkel, kite surfers, surfers, and all types of water sports. It has two bedrooms, each one with a closet, two bathrooms and free WIFI. A train table is there for the young ones. A studio is also available on same property. sleeps two in this Honeymoon suite!.We have all the amenities and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a safety deposit box for your valuables and peace of mind. Two Baby cribs, train table, beach toys and a couple of air mattress w/power pump are available. The area is an old neighborhood in one of the most popular beaches in San Juan, close to restaurants, bus stop & hotel area, Great beach for paddle boarding and water sports and it also has a park with a playground and for exercising. The kitchen has electric stove with oven, microwave oven, full refrigerator. The washing machine and dryer are downstairs. Both bedrooms have air conditioning,ceiling fans and separate baths. 40kw generator and cistern as well! Authentic Puerto Rican stay - good location


Our family of 5 stayed at Kike\'s property. We have 3 kids ages 12, 9 and 6 and it was perfect for all of us. The 2 boys slept in one room and our little one on the air mattress with us in the other room. Kiki was a very helpful, friendly and a reliable host, keeping in touch with us our entire stay. He had some goodies for the kids and a bottle of wine, eggs and milk ready for us upon our arrival. The home is in a safe location and also in a good area to get to many places easily. (Short Uber ride to Condado strip and not too much further to Old San Juan). The beach is a very short walk from the house. We could have stayed in a hotel but staying at this home really had an authentic PR feel to it. There are AC units in the 2 bedrooms and they worked great. We just used them at night when sleeping and had all the windows and door to balcony open during day to let in the breeze. Of course there are mosquitos in PR so just bring some good bug spray if they bother you. I loved the fresh veggies on the balcony!

Great place for a family stay


This place, as the ad mentions, is very close to a very nice small public beach. It\'s situated in a residential neighborhood - all houses no condos. One big advantage of staying here is that it is quiet and peaceful. The surrounding neighborhood is safe. The apartment is a separate living space. The bedrooms are quite comfortable and there is a futon in the living room as well as air mattresses if needed. The kitchen is fully functional. There are coin operated laundry machines on site. The location is convenient to the Isla Verde strip of condos and restaurants that are oriented to tourists. Additionally it is within waking distance from an area of more locally oriented with good quality restaurants on Calle Loiza. Old San Juan is a 10 min drive from the apartment. Kike is a gracious host and very accommodating. The apartment has quite a few little extras (like beach towels). Our family was quite happy with our week stay here - no complaints from 3 teenagers even! For five guests it is cheaper and way more spacious than a hotel and not in the middle of tourist hubbub. If you\'re coming to San Juan, I recommend booking this place without reservation.

great 5 day stay in San Juan


We had a really nice time - myself and my two college age children - in Ocean Park. You can hear the ocean from the apartment. The space was very comfortable and tropical. Every morning we walked to Kasalta bakery for breakfast. There are lots of restaurants also within walking distance. Our favorite was a taco place called Alcapulco Tacos. We used Uber the first two days to go into old San Juan. Then rented a car to go to El Yunque and Pinones. Kike is a great host, and we really enjoyed talking with the other tenants in the flat.

Excellent rental


Kike was the friendliest and most gracious host. The home is on a gorgeous street just steps to the beach. The home was spotless and had TWO patios. There were wild parrots flying around and lush gardens with orchids everywhere. We will be back! Better than expected
