We are 3 minutes from Schlitterbahn and 5 minutes from downtown New Braunfels (Historic Gruene Hall, shopping & restaurants are appr 2 miles from our place.) Great for couples or family vacations to enjoy time with family and friends enjoying Music, German festivals, floating the river, or enjoying the Texas sun at Texas' #1 grand-daddy of all water parks, Schlitterbahn!

Delightful apartment in relaxing area!


Everything was picture-perfect in this apartment. We loved enjoying the weather on the back patio, and the open area next to the complex was very peaceful. Pat was super easy to work with! Comfortable beds and furnishings.

The place was everything we needed & more. Quiet neighborhood. Close enough to drive to all major highlights of the area. Cheap enough to Lyft/Uber as well. Full furnished, even with minor things you may forget to pack yourself. Owner is amazing & so accommodating! Would def stay again!

The condo was great, well stocked, and just like the pictures. We loved watching the deer from the balcony at night. Definitely recommend!!!

Gathering on Guadalupe


We loved our stay. The accommodations for our family of 6 were perfect. The beds were comfortable, kitchen perfectly stocked and even labeled. The location was amazing and the river access was wonderful and never crowded. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others (as long as we weren’t looking at the same dates?????). Pat is a wonderful host and has every detail covered. My children loved the snacks and little touches.
