Exceptional!


We (6 adults) spent Thanksgiving weekend in this property. Pat was a wonderful host, extremely responsive and in touch throughout the weekend. The location was within a few minutes of the beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed at all times of the day, and even late into the night. There is nothing quite like taking a long walk on the beach as the sun is setting! The weather couldn\'t have been more perfect. It was a lovely little rental and every possible amenity to make our stay pleasant was provided. We\'ve stayed in many rentals on Surfside Beach and I can honestly say that this was the best one that we have ever stayed in! Some others were larger, but nothing matched the quality of this one. There were so many thoughtful little touches throughout that made us all smile—a note of welcome, a gift bag with lotion...gifts of sweet goodies, coffee cake, candies and chocolates... Surfside Beach has awful water and we were quite accustomed to hauling cases of bottled water before. Here, there was plenty of good water from a hot/cold dispenser, ice, ice maker, a new washer and dryer. We were the first guests so everything was new and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, appliances... We cooked a lot and so found everything convenient and efficient. From the little interaction I had with Pat, I am convinced that you cannot go wrong by renting any property that is hers— she is exceptional, and that exceptionalism was reflected in our entire experience as her guests. I would highly recommend this property to future travelers. You simply cannot go wrong! We had a good time and made some happy memories in a lovely rental.
