Stoneview Summit offers the best amenities and views on Lake Martin!!! This condo is a ground level walk out great area for BBQ, games, soccer, etc. right on the water. Great sunsets from living room, dining table, patio and master. Features large POOL with water slide, granite, hardwood floors, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, stainless appliances and built in microwave. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer. Master bath features double sink, garden tub, walk in shower and large closet.  
 
Queen size bed in master, queen in bedroom two with a futon and queen size bed and futon  bedroom three. Other amenities boat slip and fully stocked kitchen.
Holiday minimum nights vary (see rates) for New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day and Independence Day. Major Summer Holidays require 7 day booking.
MAIN ATTRACTIONS: Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Dining at one of four restaurants on the lake, Golf, Tennis, Park for kids with playground, etc.

This is our second unit in Stoneview Summit. We bought this one because of its preferred location to the boat dock, pool and large common area. Best unit on the complex. We love Lake Martin and Stoneview Summit is the best property on the lake in our opinion. We love bringing our family and friends to Stoneview Summit. This walk out unit is special, convenient to the pool, outside fireplace and boat dock.

The Lake


This condo is very nice and spacious. We rented a boat from the Ridge Marina and spent the day on the lake. The condo has a grill so when we got back we cooked out and enjoyed the setting sun. I would.highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Last Minute Vacay


We have always loved vacationing on Lake Martin but have always rented a house are brought our camper to Wind Creek but since this was a spur of the moment trip for my kids & their friends before starting back to school we thought that we would try StillWaters & I am so happy that we did. The condo was extremely nice & much bigger than what I thought it would be. I loved the master bedroom being separated from the other two bedrooms so that the kids were in another part of the condo. Thanks so much for allowing us to visit your home. Hopefully , we will be able to return & stay with y’all again.

Excellent Condo


The condo is as advertised. It is very clean and very comfortable . The location is perfect . I wish it hadn’t rained so we could have enjoyed the outside amenities a bit . Auburn university is close enough and an easy drive in .
