Incredible view, private pool, deep water dock, sun deck boat slip, private gate, Movie Room, DVD Players, WiFi, 4 Cable boxes, Bluetooth Stereo with speakers inside, on deck and around pool, outdoor games kayak’s & horse shoes, boat launch just down the street, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms; main level has King Master with private bath, family room, kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, laundry room. Upper level had two spacious Queen bedrooms with a shared bath. Lower level has two bedrooms (one King and one Queen) sharing private bath, mini kitchen with frig, bar, game / tv room for the kids to get away. Outside a huge covered porch to enjoy your coffee, breakfast and incredible views, bbq grill, outdoor games, etc.
 
We can HEAT Pool for an incremental fee depending on length of stay and time of year.
 
Local Activities:
MAXIMUM of 12 people allowed for this property including children.  
 
The view, privacy of the lot, pool, patio, spacious gathering areas for adults and Children with plenty of beds for all. There is a TV in every room with DVD player, 4 TV's have cable boxes. Please do not change the wiring of any TV.  
 
Minimum age to book is 30yrs old. Major Summer Holidays require 7 day booking.
Other amenities include private pool, large exterior dock for boats and swimming, gas grill, fully stocked kitchen. Stillwaters Golf Course 10 minutes, 28.1 miles to Auburn University.
 
GREAT Dining options: By sunset and live music outside at Chuck's Restaurant, Springhouse at Crossroads (spoil your family it is 5 Star and they pick you up at dock), Kowaliga Rest. 10 min from Niffer's (live Music in Summer), Oskar's Restaurant's and Judy's Stagecoach.
 
Pool can be heated for an incremental fee upon request. Pool will be closed for winterization October 15-April 15 unless mutually agreed to open.
Property has exterior security camera monitoring system, for driveway, side yard and dock, there are none on interior or focus on the pool.

This is our second unit in Stoneview Summit. We bought this one because of its preferred location to the boat dock, pool and large common area. Best unit on the complex. We love Lake Martin and Stoneview Summit is the best property on the lake in our opinion. We love bringing our family and friends to Stoneview Summit. This walk out unit is special, convenient to the pool, outside fireplace and boat dock.

We had the most relaxing vacation. Chris, the owner, is very helpful and the house is great for large families more than one family. The pool is large and we were given the option to pay for pool heat which was a wonderful addition. Great house, beautiful lake, wonderful owner!

Excellent Stay!


My husband rented this location for a guys trip weekend to Monster Mountain. The space was clean and adequate for the 12 of them. It was also nice that they could congregate in one space as a group to watch Supercross on the flat screen after a day of riding rather than taking over a hotel lobby. Even though it was March the boys jumped in the lake and they had a great time! Thank you so much Chris and Kelley!

Wonderful views, great layout and very relaxing


Our family had a wonderful few days. The view of the lake is incredible and the setup on the deck with an oversized picnic table made for great family meal times. The main master bedroom bed slept great. Our visit was in the winter so we’re not able to use the pool but we hope to return when it’s warmer. The grill and cooking area is a great setup and we used it every day of our stay. We highly recommend this great home and think you will thoroughly enjoy your stay. Thank you to the owners who were very responsive to our communications.
