The decor is traditional in style using natural stone, wood, granite and faux painting techniques to enhance the overall appearance. The colours and fabrics compliment the decor achieving a feel of total luxury.
Custom built by one of Reunion's leading builders, Imperial Homes, this outstanding property will delight you from the minute you enter it's circular entrance hall with soaring ceiling a chandelier. Off the hallway is the formal seating and dining area with it's stone wall and amazing wood paneled ceiling, perfect for large family diners or that special celebration. A feature wall separates the huge open kitchen with large center island incorporating a second sink unit, granite counter tops, breakfast bar and full range of built in appliances. There is a second dining area within the family room that has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. Also located on ground floor is the second king-size master suite and a powder room.
French doors lead from both the formal and family living areas onto the beautifully appointed pool area having the heated pool, spa, paved deck area including a covered dining section complete with built in Summer kitchen. This amazing area overlooks Reunions newest signature golf course, the Jack Nicklaus making it the perfect retreat after a busy day or simply to enjoy some al fresco dining.
On the first floor you will find the games area with pool table and wall mounted flat screen TV offering French doors that access one of the balconies overlooking the pool deck. There are two further bedroom suites, one having two twin beds and a veranda overlooking the front of the home and the other having a queen size bed with access onto the balcony overlooking the pool deck. The laundry room is also situated off the games area. To the rear of the upstairs offering privacy and seclusion is the magnificent king-size master suite with seating area and huge bathroom also having a wall mounted TV. A private balcony overlooks the golf course for your morning coffee.
All bedroom suites have flat screen TV's and the home includes wireless internet.

Reservations
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Upon request, an early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability, and an additional fee may apply. The door code for the vacation rental will expire at check-out time on the Guest’s day of departure. If the Guest does not depart the home by check-out time, additional charges may apply to cover costs incurred by the Company, including but not limited to moving the incoming guest to another home or having to reschedule cleaners.
The Company will not release the door code for the vacation rental until a completed pre-registration form and final payment are received.
Reservations must be in the name of a member of the travel party who is 18 years of age or older and the holder of a major credit card.
The Guest shall not assign responsibility nor sublet to other parties without the Company’s written consent.
House Rules
The Guest is hereby granted a license to use the premises. The Guest acknowledges and agrees that no form of tenancy has been created pursuant to Chapter 83, Florida Statutes through the Guest’s use of the premises.
By Florida state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
Vacation rentals may not be used for special events that exceed occupancy without prior written approval from the Company or the homeowner(s). Event permits may be required and additional fees may apply.
No smoking is allowed inside vacation rental. Smoking is permitted outside. Should smoking occur in the home, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
Trained pet are allowed. Service animals are permitted in accordance with federal and Florida state law. Under Florida Statute 413.08.09, anyone who misrepresents themselves as using a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree.
Property amenities (including but not limited to furnishings, appliances, electronics, baby equipment, games and barbecue grills) are used at the Guest’s own risk. Barbecue grills should only be used in well ventilated outdoor areas. The Company and the homeowner(s) shall not be held liable for malfunctioning or inoperable amenities, or for damage caused by misuse of amenities. Guests under 18 years of age must be supervised at all times.
The property must not be used for any video or photography (amateur or professional) for commercial use without prior written approval from the Company or the homeowner(s).
Locks may not be broken, changed or added, and keys may not be duplicated.
The Guest agrees to abide by all rules, including but not limited to all community signs.
If, during the rental period, any law or ordnance is violated, any drug use occurs in or near the property, or the property is used for any immoral purpose, occupancy will be immediately terminated without refund.
Failure to comply with any of the terms herein will, at the sole discretion of the Company, result in the immediate termination of occupancy without refund.
