This stunning, brand new,  5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home is set up for families.  Lots of natural light with warm wood floors.  The central living area has plenty of comfortable seating with 2 couches and 2 chairs, as well as a table and chairs,  for morning coffee, games, work space or additional dining seating.  There is also a formal dining area.  Laundry facilities are on the main floor.   The house is set up with most of your basic needs.  Just bring your clothes and groceries... 
 
The lovely new In-ground pool ready for 2020.  Landscaping to be completed in the Spring 2020. 
 
This home is part of a 2 home compound.  Each house is separated by Trees, fencing and space.  Each backyard is private from the other.   The pool is only available with this house.   We offer special pricing for the compound.

Great location and great house


We loved our stay at the Hightide! We usually stay neared to downtown, but we really enjoyed this spot even more for a number of reasons. 1. We went all over the island from Sconset to Madaket to downtown to Tom Nevers beach easily and quickly. 2. We really enjoyed the feeling of getting away. We could see the stars at night and the bunnies greeted us everytime we came or left. We even saw a few deer this trip! Plus it was quiet with plenty of parking. 3. There was so much room to spread out in the house and all the appliances were really nice. The manager was very easy to work with too. We will for sure look for this house again for future trips.
