Beautiful 2/2 fully furnished coastal home blocks from fishing pier. View of Aransas Bay from screened-in porch. Comfortable Haven for you to relax and catch the coastal breeze on the back porch. Forget about the bills, and responsibilities! The house has an open floor plan combining the fully-equipped kitchen, dining, and living space with high-quality interior finishes throughout. Our living space also has a sofa sleeper for the extra guest. The kitchen, with brand new appliances, is fully equipped. The master suite boasts a full bath and relaxing spa tub.
 
There is another convenient guest bathroom with standing shower with seating. Security system . All stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, super large remote controlled ceiling fan.  The house comes with covered parking underneath the carport, with plenty room for covered boat parking, and a area for outside entertainment and evening grill outs. Sit outside in our screened-in porch, with ceiling fans, or open the double french doors for that evening coastal breeze. 
 
Enjoy Rockport's recreation such as boating, fishing (bay, offshore, wade, beach, and pier), duck hunting, the ski basin, swimming, bird-watching, and seafood. The city's largest public beach, Rockport Beach Park, offers a wide variety of ways to have fun including a playground and two beach pavilions.
 
The city hosts several fairs and expositions each year including the Oyster Fest, Seafair, and a Wine Festival. There are also historic sites such as the Fulton Mansion, and a heritage district and aquarium in downtown Rockport that offers a friendly and fun shopping and restaurant environment next to Rockport Harbor.  Visit Texas Maritime Museum, the Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, art galleries, restaurants, and shops.
 
Pets- 
Please clean up after your pet. Please note, if your dog soils the rugs, I will need to use your deposit to purchase a new one. There are cleaners provided just for this if your dog soils the hardwood floors or tile. Please lift rugs off the floor if you're concerned about your pets, so I don't have to use your deposit. If there is a significant amount of dog hair, please use vacuum, and any sign of dogs on furniture or beds will also use the deposit for deep cleaning. I provide lint rollers, and dog hair brushes in the home to pick up the hair (I know it fly's around). Thank you for understanding. This is important to protect future guests that don't have pets, or can't, due to allergies.
 
For reservations 30 days or more, I highly encourage purchasing the vacation protection for unforeseen emergencies, or cancellations.  Adding our Vacation Protection services can make sure your getaway goes smoothly, no matter what. We offer Cancellation Protection and Damage Protection so you can truly relax.
 
Damage protection is purchased at booking, and is refunded after your stay in case no damage is reported.  I've never used it, and don't plan to, but it's comforting to know you're protected.

The greatest experience & vacation home in Rockport


I’ve stayed at several vacation homes and have to say that this one was ultimately the best. Teresa literally thought of absolutely everything to make you feel like you were at “home”. The comfort, cleanliness, and constant fulfillment of content while staying at Sea Green Haven was the greatest experience for our family and I’m sure every single person that has ever stayed here. You literally just need to bring your clothes!! Do yourself a favor and look no further. If you’re visiting Rockport and in need of unbeatable accommodations, Sea Green Haven is a must.

The home away from home in Rockport


We had an amazing stay - Teresa has outfitted the property beautifully and literally did only need to bring our swimsuits. The property is as it is pictured. It is a short walk to the shoreline with a drive to nearest beach. Everything in town is a short distance away. We had a relaxing fun getaway for the week. Kudos to Teresa and the Sea Green Haven.

Absolutely perfect


So in love with this place! Clean, beautifully decorated and beyond cozy. So glad we found this place and hope to make it back in the future. Felt completely at home here and the kids had so much fun. The owners of this property have thought of absolutely everything. Highly recommend!!
