Beautiful cottage located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Marina Del Rey/Venice. It's walking/biking distance to the beach, the Marina, the bike path, world-famous Abbott Kinney. There are restaurants, movies, shopping and grocery stores within easy walking distance. The studio has a new comfy queen sized bed. There is a private entrance. The studio has a refrigerator, hot water pot and a microwave (supply your own utensils). There is a washer available, after 8pm. No use of backyard except entering and exiting, main house guests have access to backyard please, and only street parking available to guests in studio. Which is usually plentiful.
Large bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. Toiletries and towels provided.
The entrance to be used to get to backyard guest house is the wood white gate next to front door only along side of house.
Wifi ProvidedThis is an inexpensive way to be in the middle of beautiful homes and where everything is happening.
Guest provide their own meals, no real cooking availability except to heat food in microwave. weekly cleaning included in 30 day stay.

The property is a NON-SMOKING area. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY.
When entering and exiting the property, you agree to use the side entrance adjacent to the front door of the Main House.
When entering and exiting the property, you agree to be quiet and respectful to the neighbors and Main House Guests by keeping noise to a minimum.
The backyard of the property is reserved for Main House Guests. Please keep Guest House door closed always during stay. The back yard shall only be used by the Guest House for entering and exiting the property. This is only for 1 guest. No overnight guests ever.
Parking is available on the street only. The property driveway is reserved for Main House Guests only.
Guest House Laundry Room Hours are between 8 PM – 11 PM in the evening as the remaining hours are reserved for the Main House Guests and cleaning staff.
Please check and make sure that trash bins located in front of the house are placed at the curb on Sunday nights
Violation of any of the above terms may forfeit your stay and any remaining rental fees without refund.
