Description

This townhouse is located on the 3rd Green of Ko'olina Golf Course and offers a relaxing setting for your vacation. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the golfers chip an putt.
 
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with half bathroom downstairs. The Master Bedroom with it's own bath with tub/shower and the other bath also has a tub/shower. The attached two car garage has an entry door into the unit. 
 
The lanai/patio area offers a barbeque grill. patio table with 6 chairs and an umbrella.
 
The unit is closest to lagoon 4 which is the least crowded and next to the marina. You can enjoy the beach and beautiful water by sunbathing, swimming, or snorkeling. There are beach chairs, some snorkel and fins and beach toys in the garage for your use. If you have young ones and need a highchair and/or pack-n-play let us know and we will have it in the property for you as well.

Ko Olina Townhouse


Excellent location, woth alot of amenities in the local area. The pool was great. Lagoon 4 was very close and parking was easy to get. The Condo was well set up, and the patio on the golf course side was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as advertised! The unit was inviting and well appointed, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The only hiccup was the wi-fi password being incorrect (we found the right one in the drawer). And having extras like beach chairs and pancake syrup was life-saving! Thanks so much for a great stay, and we will definitely rent again when returning to Oahu. Mahalo!

We have stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas several previous trips and this was the first time at the Fairways complex. It was close enough to enjoy the lagoons but less expensive than the Beach Villas. Enjoyed sitting outside on the quiet lanai every day.
