Our government just announced yesterday that as from the 6th of October 2020

Our borders to Canada, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut  will be open. The guests are require to do the PCR test prior flying and filling some paperwork.

Also we have special prices for the month of October.

Well maintained house, sleeps 4 and is fully equiped. Direct beach entrance, private parking with electric gate, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living, complete kitchen. Very nice palapa/porcharea at the sea.
Nice and safe neighbourhood.
 
The space
We are located right at the seafront of Snakebay. You can acces the beach through a side door on the property. It is a small, private-like sandy beach where you can swim, snorkel and scuba dive and also meet local people. With 3 beaches within a 5 minutes drive, it makes this apartment the ideal spot for nature lovers and scuba divers.
 
The St. Michielsbay where you can swim, snorkel and scuba dive and also meet local people. There is an old fort with real canons, a left over from world war II. Climb mountains or walk in the nature area while watching beautiful flamingos.
 
Vaersenbay, now Kokomo good for a delicious breakfast or lunch. On Sundays the happy hours are fantastic.
 
Bluebay has a 18-hole golfcourse, direct at the sea, one of the most spectacular places to play golf, eat diner and enjoy the Caribbean Sea.
 
Guest access
The backyard is for your own use and has a nice palapa (parasol made of palmtree leaves) in front of the sea. There is a hammock where you can relax, BBQ to prepare your grilled food, a table with chairs and sunbeds.
 
Other things to note
We are both PADI Dive Instructors and we can provide you anything from guided dives to a full course, open water or advanced etc. We also rent dive gear, snorkelsets etc. to complete your stay with us.
We also can arrange car rentals for you.

This beautiful apartment is on the cliffs at the Snakebay in the village Boca Sint Michiel, with view on the Caribbean Sea and is perfectly located, less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, supermarket, banks, and Willemstad.
Also for people that want peace and serenity and want to enjoy the nice beaches from Curaao. With 4 beaches within 5 minutes drive, makes this apartment the ideal spot for nature, lovers and scuba divers. The Snakebay, a small beach next to the apartment with palapas and benches and the possibility to Barbecue.
A sandy beach where you can relax and sunbath or go for a swim, a snorkel trip or a nice dive. We can also offer you an introduction dive or a PADI dive course. We, Eric and Yolanda Wederfoort are known for their love, patience, and experience to teach scuba diving.

Terms & Conditions

Upon cancellation until six weeks before arrival, 80% of the total invoice amount will be refunded. Within six to two weeks before arrival 50% of the total invoice will be refunded. Up to fourteen days before arrival; no compensation.

Beautiful Turquoise Ocean View


What can be better than a small quiet beach right outside your apartment to take a dip in every morning?!?! It definitely spoiled us! Yolanda\'s place is amazing! Here are some of the perks.....beautiful turquoise ocean view and sunsets every night, location is ideal... right in the middle of the island, apartment is on their property so very convenient for communication but interaction is totally up to you (they are very good to give you privacy), very clean and stylish apartment with air conditioning, cooler available to take snacks to the beach, electrical outlets compliant for our chargers, great WiFi at their place, gated property so we felt very safe, and the kindest hosts you could ask for! Yolanda and Eric invited us for a home cooked meal one night with fresh fish that Eric had caught and made us feel like part of their family. We hiked Christoffel Mountain, swam in at least 7 gorgeous beaches, loved walking around the colorful Willemstead and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Curacao is a beautiful destination!

Perfect Location


We planned a family trip to Curaçao specifically for the snorkeling and scuba diving locations and scenery that it offered. Yolanda and Eric\'s house was the perfect location with direct water access, beautiful reefs and snorkeling opportunities right outside our door, and the ability to rent equipment directly from them. Not only that, Yolanda and Eric were wonderful hosts, always checking in on us and answering our questions or offering tips and advice for places to go and things to do. They went out of their way to take care of us and made us feel right at home, even dropping by one evening with some homemade piña coladas! We enjoyed several nights hanging out in the palapa on the hammocks and watching the sunset. Highly recommend a stay at their house! We hope to come back.

So the stay at Yolanda and Erics Place is literally the best stay we had. If you ever had an unfavorable stay, you should totally book this place because this is how all should be.
