Sugarpine Chalet is located off Ski Run drive, and has 4 Full-size Beds, 1 Cal King, 1 Full Futon. A private suite with Cal King bed, full kitchen, bathroom and 51" TV is also available to include in the reservation for an additional fee. Heavenly CA Lodge is located 3 blocks from the cabin. Mountain Biking/Hiking Trails are accessable one block away at the top of Ski Run drive. The Marina, fishing trips and day cruises are a short distance one mile down Ski Run drive.

SLT has strict vacation rental ordinances. All guests must follow SLT city ordinances for Vacation Rental’s. No noise can be heard outside of the home from 9pm-8am No spa use from 9pm-8am. No street parking. No camping on property. Only stated number of guests matching listing. No additional guests. Police routinely patrol streets and any violators will be issued $1000+ fees. Guests will be responsible to pay $1000 plus the owner ticket of $1000+ that results from the guest fine. Guest is 100% liable for all tickets, fees incurred while using the property, this includes any owner incurred fees on account of the guest activities. Guests are responsible for emptying trash into bear bins out front. Guests are responsible for washing all dishes. Guests are to turn furnace to auto 55 degrees. Do not turn furnace off otherwise pipes can freeze. Turn spa down to 80 degrees. Guests are responsible for all damage to the property that occurs during their stay.
