Nestled on the eastern shore of Mere Point in Brunswick overlooking the bay, this modern cottage offers beautiful views, comfortable living areas, and great outdoor space for your Maine retreat.
 
Inside the main house, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, overlooking a sitting area and dining table, a living room with a tv that opens to a covered porch overlooking the water, a bedroom with a king, a bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), a powder room, and a full bathroom with a tiled shower and separate tub. The main house accommodates 5 guests. Should you need more space, there is a studio apartment above the garage that can be rented in addition to the house to accommodate 2 guests for $600/week. The studio offers a queen bed, trundle bed that can lift to create a king size bed, kitchenette, full bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with ocean views.
