Huge 1400 sq ft loft apartment, 2 closed bedrooms (one with 2 KING size beds and the second one with a King and a Queen bed) and memory foam mattresses, large fully equipped kitchen, a full size sofa-bed in the living room, a big bathroom with tub/shower, plus an en-suite washroom. You’ll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants, night club and bars such as: l’Avenue du Plateau, Barraca, Pub West Shefford, Plan B, Le Quartier Général, Au pied de cochon and many others. You are also 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Parc Lafontaine, 15 minutes from the mountain (Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from Downtown.

We rented this place for a friend\'s Bachelor weekend and we had a really good time. The house is on point for group of friends looking for some fun in Montreal. Very well located, close to downtown and parks, the house has enough space to keep all our crew together while comfortably accommodating us all. The pool table and arcade are also differential. We definitely recommend it to all!

Great Apartment!


Great apartment in a great location. We were greeted with a smile and were provided all the information we needed to have a fantastic vacation. The size was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids had a blast playing pool and video games. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby to choose from.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it exceeded expectations! Such a nice and spacious place and the location is great. Comfortable beds, great kitchen to prepare a friendly meal. There is everything you need close by (SAQ, banks, grocery stores, metro station, etc). Will 100% stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it to any and all. Thanks! Merci
