The space
Welcome to a cozy gem in a central location! Your perfect mountain getaway is located in the historic district in Breckenridge, only 2 blocks from Main Street. Traveling in a large group? Wedding? Girls Weekend? We have two other condos that share the same building and floor. Take a walk, or drive two blocks to Main Street with countless restaurants, bars, spas, and a plethora of shopping. What about skiing? You're in the right spot! You're just 3 blocks to Quick Silver ski lift, take a walk or catch the bus on the South Side of the building. Carter Park is right in the backyard and offers a free tubing hill (we have sleds here), sand volleyball, hiking, and mountain biking trails. Take dinner outside with the BBQ on the spacious patio. Too chilly? No big! Cook dinner in the full chef’s kitchen. Packed too light? There's a washer and dryer for all of your washing needs! If your crew is car-less, the grocery store is even a block away. Enjoy the large flat-screen Smart TV with Internet-Based TV programming (No Cable), such as Netflix & Hulu. Wind down with the new outdoor hot tub on the second-level deck that’s perfect for stargazing. Thank you for choosing one of our 6 luxury homes!
 
Winter Highlights:
Quicksilver Chairlift- just 3 blocks away you’ll arrive at the fastest people mover in the country, loading two high-speed 6 person chairs at once making it capable of moving 3000 people an hour.
Downtown Breckenridge- the home of many unique restaurants, breweries, and shops local to Breck.
Snow Sculpture Contest- an annual treat held in the last week of January. From Snow Sculptures to Ice Castles, it’s a crowd-pleaser! The Ice Castle stays open until the end of March for your enjoyment.
Staying In- Relax in the communal 7 person luxurious hot tub on the deck of this complex while enjoying the view of the Breckenridge slopes.
 
 
Summer Highlights:
Downtown Breckenridge- Enjoy downtown year-round! Perfect for a delicious bite, cold brew, and great shops. In the summer, Downtown is home to Oktoberfest, Pro Cycling Challenge, 4th of July Parade, and more.
Biking-Take a nice ride on the 9-mile paved path alongside Blue River. Mountain biking is available right outside the condo.
Thrills for the Family- Head over to Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9. River rafting can be found on the mellow Blue River. The Breckenridge Pro Rodeo and National Repertory Orchestra concerts are definite crowd-pleasers!.
 
Guest access
When you arrive, go directly to the condo where you will find a keypad on the door. Feel free to check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Once you open the door, there will be a parking pass hanging on the nail by the front door. Put this pass on your dashboard to allow access to the parking lot. You can use the shared hot tub on the right side of the condo up the small flight of stairs.

Hi, I'm Ginni with a G! I'm excited to share my amazing condo with you! I know there's many good memories to be had here! My kids and I have traveled to over 30 countries and I brought some of what I love into the creation of "Blissful Stay." I'm hopeful I've thought of everything you need, as I appreciate a beautiful home away from home to have as a base when traveling. My passion is providing great places to stay, so you can create lifetime memories! We love living in Colorado and we love to travel! We have traveled the world together, in doing so we have found what we love in staying in short term rentals (and what we don't like). Traveling has inspired us to invest in properties and to create an atmosphere in each one of our condos that will make you feel right at home when your staying in one of our mountain retreats. We have taken carful thought into each of our condos, they each have their own unique cool vibe. Our condos are located in Breckenridge and on the stunning Emerald Coast in FL The Breck condos are in town and walking distance to the quick silver ski lift, a free sledding hill, ice skating rink, hiking trails, escape room, stand up paddle boarding, grocery store shopping, restaurants, bars, liquor stores and they are all on a FREE bus route with a bus stop. A short drive to 6 additional world class ski resorts ranging from 5-40 minutes drive and outlet shopping is only 20 min away. In Breck we personally love to ski or bike during the day and enjoy a live play at our local theater company and eat at one of our favorite restaurants in the area at night. We have the best of both worlds here in Summit County CO, we have world class skiing, sleigh rides, snow shoeing, ice skating in the winter and absolutely amazing hiking trails, fishing, bike trails, boating, free concerts, farmers markets and golfing in the summer...AND our famous outlet shopping too! There always seems to be a fun free event put on by one of our towns. Needless to say we have a plethora of things to do here no matter what time of year you are visiting, you will not be disappointed.

Great Stay!


We had a great stay at Gianni’s place. Love that you can walk to the lifts and through town for dinner or shopping. This allowed us to head to the slopes separately and meet up without waiting or worrying about a ride. Definitely the way to go with older kids. This home has a large living area and open kitchen, plenty of space to lounge and enjoy your time.
